Office Depot, Gresham OR

Office Depot always seems to have what I need when I need it. It's located close to my home and prices are as good as possible in today's world. Customer service is great and I appreciate them.

Matthew at this store was great. Matthew helped me with my project and went above and beyond.

A terrible experience. The young man at the print kiosk was rude, condescending, lacking in any form of service skills, and then the manager had no concern whatsoever.

Thomas the manager kept saying he doesn't do it to anyone else so I can't understand how he'd do it to you. Such a terrible fallacy and an egregious trespass against proper management skills.

His actions are a telling of example of how they will defend their right to be wrong even at the customers expense.

Shame on you Thomas, your circular illogical reasoning and disregard of customer concerns are a sad testament to your inability to properly manage.

Needed to FAX documents and did the aelf.serve but had a problem with credit card but counter person helped me get it right and put in the right direction to get everything sent. Whenever I've need copies or fax anything, even photos they have been very informative and helpful

Outstanding, knowledgeable staff who are always looking for ways to help you do a better job. I wouldn't go any place else.

Office Depot in Gresham Oregon is a great place to shop for school, office, home. The staff is friendly and helpful. The store is laid out nicely and very clean. I am always very pleased with my shopping experience at this location!

Shopped for school supplies and found everything we needed. Staff on the floor and checkout were knowledgeable and polite.

Excellent Customer Service. Store is always very roomy, which makes it very easy to shop. Other businesses have their shelves & merchandise way too close together. Also, they have Customer Service available, & I really appreciate it, when I'm looking for something, can't find it, & an employee will see this, & come up to me and ask me if there is anything they can do to help me find what I'm looking for. They don't hover over you either. Other businesses (can be any business), hover over you & won't let you be, to do your shopping. Or, they suggest a more expensive item. Office Max/Depot doesn't do that! They'll show me same like items for different prices & they don't try to shove their opinion down your throat and convince you to buy the more expensive item, & THAT'S WHAT SETS OFFICE MAX/DEPOT APART FROM OTHER BUSINESSES, & AS A RESULT BY "WORD OF MOUTH" THIS GETS AROUND TO OTHER PEOPLE, THEREBY MAKING MORE MONEY NOT LESS. THAT IS A GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICE TO ALWAYS ENGAGE IN: GIVE CUSTOMERS OPTIONS & THEN LET THE CUSTOMER CHOOSE WHAT SHE/HE WANTS.

The Office Depot in Gresham is a nice store. They have a wide variety of products and their staff are invariably really friendly and patient. They always point me in the right direction, when I'm looking for something in particular.

When I went to Office Depot, I was warmly greeted by an employee, I found exactly what I needed and the cashier was competent and friendly. Thank goodness for in-store shopping!

Office Depot has been my go to store for many years both while working for a federal agency and in retirement.

It's no wonder office Depot is closing so many stores. Shelves or half-empty and prices are ridiculous. $28 for 11x14 copy paper? Give me a break. Ordered it on Amazon while in the store for $15 with free delivery.

Just got off phone with a sales representatve about bringing my computer for servive. He did not seem to be interested and helping. He had not energy I will go to Best Buy.

Excellent customer service. Had many office supply and printing needs in the last two weeks and each time I went in I experienced friendly helpful employees.

There's NO customer service! In fact they go out of their way to ignore you, even when you're trying to ck out. I won't be back.
