Office Depot reviews
16They are doing good work. It’s time to give Office Depot on MLK a fresh start. Better service in 2021 than any years past
Giving a shout out to Carl for being so helpful and informative! Just came home with a printer. Pretty excited to set it up. Thank you!
The manager of the store was wearing only a plastic face shield when I went in to exchange a pair of defective earphones. I asked to work with the person that was wearing a mask in addition to the face shield. Manager dude refused and asked me to leave. No confrontation, no tempers, just very unfortunate that the manager cares nothing about the health and safety of his employees and customers. The $20 I saved by ordering these earphones through Officr Depot’s website has turned into much more of a hassle than it’s worth.
It's beber busy. Staff was helpful. Self serve color printer and check-out works well. The in-store prices are a little high, so coupons are a must.
There are carts in the way of checkout, so if you are carrying something heavy, good luck. It's a corral checkout that is blocked at every entrance as if they don't want you to actually be able to make a purchase. The checkout people are stiff and somewhat rude. No help with a cart full of items. I have had these experiences every time I go to this location. From now on, I will be driving much farther just to avoid this location.
The employees at this store are not only great people, they are also talented. I think the manager is great. This store is clean and everyone is professional.
Helpful clerks. Consistent products. Big enough to accommodate many customers at one time. Great for project brainstorming. Bright spaces feels open and clean. Prices compares with other office product stores.
I like this location it's nice they have a parking lot which is very rare in this neighborhood it's nice to not have to try and find a pay to park spot and be limited on your time. The staff always seems very knowledgeable of their products and where they are located in the store.
Had a complicated return - and assumed I would be SOL and taking the chair I'd (mis) assembled to Goodwill. Carl, the manager, had barely heard the beginning of my sob story and without hesitating took the chair back. I bought a more expensive chair then, and had their competent staff assemble it. Guess this was a win win! Carl made my day.
Randall (Technology Consultant) has the best customer service and he was knowledgeable with all the questions I had. Thank you!
Had the legal letter file boxes I needed and the guy jumped at the chance to help me find them. They also have a selection of office furniture, desks and such.
The person working the business center, her name was Sam, was extremely polite, efficient, and helpful. I will definitely go back again. Great job.
Poor management. Clean your floors and update the place a little. Take some pride in your store. Feels like it is going out of business.
The employees tag team with walkies to better serve. I ask a question as I walk in, and they point me in the right direction. As I arrive in the general area, a different person is walking up to help with the finer details and such. Pretty rad!
Every time I come to this store I'm treated awfully. Today I came in to pick a few thing ups for work when I had to use the restroom. As one employee started to walk me back to their restroom another stopped him and told him "we don't allow customers in our restroom. " I walked three blocks to use the bathroom than had to return to purchase what I needed.
These stores are going downhill the past few years. This one is close to my apartment and I go there often to print things out. Staff seems a little stressed like management expects a lot from them. Know from friends who have worked there that they only pay minimum wage. Those jobs are the worst to work for the worker. I'm always patient and kind with them, but it normally takes at least 30 min every visit because of how distracted they are with other things expected of them
