Rude staff, the woman who answers the phone just LOVES to hear herself talk and speak over others. Get over yourself lady. Zero care for patients, they don't actually employ any real doctors, they're all PAs and RNs and have no idea what they're doing. Horrible place, don't waste your time.

Free parking, no wait, friendly staff. But the Doctor, dismissive and compared new EKG not to last extremely troubling one 6 months ago but the one before there was damage to my heart from a year ago. Tells me nothing's wrong from looking at one when there was nothing wrong. I know there's damage bc the hospital told me they caused damage. I agree with other guide, don't waste your time you'll still need to go to another place for any answers at all.

This Doctor has lost any sense of compassion. I thought it was maybe a one time thing and returned only to be completely humiliated by Dr. Cherry again. I now know why her room has no recording signs.

This clinic is a joke I will never return.
As an employee of OHSU for over five years I am embarrassed by this level of care.
The waiting room was jam packed with people coughing and not wearing masks appropriately. The staff at cascadia were noticeably coughing and the waiting room is confined.
The NP was an hour late.
When they saw me they were rough dealing with wound care, impolite, short, and clearly stressed.
I think everyone here needs more support.

The office staff checked me in, took my insurance card and said I was covered. I had also got pre-registered over the phone and gave my insurance information before I went. Afterward I received notice from my insurance company that they were not a covered provider and I had to pay 100% of the bill. When I complained to OHSU they said, "We do have a department that checks with insurance on admissions and same day surgery procedures as a courtesy. Unfortunately it is the subscribers reasonability not ours to check with your insurance about all In/out network plans and precertification and exceptions. We wish you good luck on your appeal with the insurance. " I have never heard such a SCAM before in my life.

Honestly this should be illegal.

I'm not saying that people are not nice. All staff are very nice and kind and are helpful.

But when you get a bill for nearly a thousand dollars and 0 help.

Beware.they don't tell you about the $330 minimum fee as a "new patient" at their walk-in clinics. I spoke with a doctor for 15 minutes before they determined they could not help me. Was charged $330 for nothing.

I've been here quite a few times because I get sick way too much, and I'm very fortunate to live so close by to this place because the folks working here are so friendly and attentive. The other day when I was having blood drawn, the phlebotomist wrapped a yellow stretch adhesive bandage with little bees on it around my arm, and I heard her whisper, "Bees for your booboo! " What a sweetheart, seriously. Thank you to my local walk-in clinic!
