OHSU Primary Care Clinic, Beaverton reviews
10I love this clinic. All of the staff—nurses, receptionist—are incredibly helpful. There was 1 time years ago, one of the doctors got weirdly defensive when I asked to get a second opinion on something before agreeing to start taking a daily medication… Needless to say I departed from her care as soon as I could, but everyone else before and after that experience has been nothing but helpful and phenomenal.
This place is a joke my first visit the new doctor want basic Metabolic panel for A1C. Then he wanted more Basic Metabolic panel to check my Liver function and Kidney function so I went into the walk-in lab had CRN nurse not wearing a mask was 3 feet away from my face was checking my arms to find a vein she got my blood work that morning they did not process my blood work until 3: 20 A. M in the morning flagging it saying it was high. Then my Third visit was on April 25 the doctor wanted more blood work so I went into the walk-in lab once again this time they had training Nurse doing my lab work she found a deep vein kept shoving the needle in farther into my arm I had to tell her to stop. Then she had CRN Tia to take blood out they decided they could not find a vein in my arms so they did it thru my hand behind the knuckle bone which hurt after.that I will never step foot in that place The RN nurse that work with my doctor was Very Rude saying My cholesterol was high which was my HDL, Non HDL saying it was high while my bad Cholesterol was low this place is a joke I am done with their Customer service sucks they are not Friendly at all. Then Health share of oregon said to me that no services was done on me at that facility what a joke I will not go thru Health share of oregon is not helpful they said we can't do anything about that.
I could not be more pleased. Everyone is kind, attentive, professional, and always available.
I don't know how others feel, but that is true for me, and I have seen a lot of providers in my life. So, thanks to you all.
A great OHSU clinic located at the Nike campus in Beaverton Oregon. It is Well organized with a central check-in location on the main floor, and the service I received was very friendly, thorough, and I left satisfied. Definitely worth looking into if you are looking for health care. Good luck!
Love this place. Dr. Kobyashi is great! She is patient and will have an informed discussion with you to make sure you are comfortable with the medical decisions.
The facility is great, I got labs, Dr. Appt, ultrasound, xray, and a prescription all in under an hour. That's pretty convenient.
The girl with all the tattoos working the front desk should not be working thier she she be a greeder at walmart. My bad not even that she would mess that up to
They didn't ask to set the next well child appointment the last one we had several months ago. I called to set it, and have been rescheduled twice the day of the appointment. I understand I was a few minutes late the first, and that the pediatrician has a sick child the second, but is there no one to cover for them? Especially when I'm given a half-hour notice of cancellation. My child is 4 months overdue for vaccines during an outbreak in my area and they attend daycare. When I asked to switch pediatricians since my child's is only available Wednesdays, I was told there aren't any others. I also have concerns about improper vaccine administration by the assistant nurse after my child was scratched by the needle and another oozed out. She wasn't held down securely and I wasn't asked to assist. I can't even ask about these things on the phone because I was on hold and the voice reminds me too frequently I can leave a message, but I haven't had any success with callbacks despite their policy.
What a waste of money. They don't care about their patients. Set unnecessary appointments then charge an extremely high amount. They don't bill correctly and are unwilling to fix it. They aren't interested in finding causes to issues, just prescribing things and using people to make more money from. I won't be going back. I couldn't afford to if I wanted to.
This is a new OHSU family practice and sports medicine clinic. Facility is very large, clean and modern. There are other OHSU clinics at this same address with a shared reception/check-in desk. I've always experienced great care when visiting my primary care/sports medicine doctor at an OHSU family practice.
Let me begin by stating I have been a patient to military medicine for the past 10 years, this basically means there is no continuity of care because you never see the same doctor twice and you are on their time which usually means about 2.5 hours. I also work in the medical field (on the civilian side) so that means I am unintentionally a pain. I love this facility! My kid sees Dr. Norton and because of our past experiences with military medicine I get nervous and ask a lot of questions. Dr. Norton was very patient with me, took the time to answer all of my 50 questions (I'm kidding there were only 49) and has a good balance of bedside manner while being personable at the same time. It is such a breath of fresh air to be able to walk away and feel that you can be confident that your family's health is important to their provider. In addition, I see Dr. McDougall he too is very nice and doesn't rush me. Both are very knowledgeable, have a lot of compassion and talk to their staff respectfully, which is very important to me. The clinic runs on time, there is always a provider on call and the appointments offered are flexible between early morning to late evening depending on the day. The staff is friendly, consistent and very professional. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone.
