OK Floral of Forest Grove

I've ordered from them 7 times for extra special occasions. I've had 5 good experiences, everything was beautiful. 1 bad, the bouquet was super sparse and hardly anything was bloomed. It was also the most expensive one I've ordered.
The most recent experience was meh. The bouquet was beautiful but I misspelled "Libya" on the note. I called and asked them to correct it, but they didn't and that was really embarrassing for me, but on me I guess.

Well I know a 1 star is extreme. But had a daddy daughter day going out was not greated when entering the store. A worker had to tell someone to see if I needed help and told her I was just looking still but thank you and started talking to try to break the awkward silence by small talk about some new plants I just got and was looked at like I was crazy and she was completely uninterested about what I had to say she gave me a dirty look and just shook her head and looked me up and down not sure why because other experiences were good and friendly but this lady was not i was going to buy a plant but after that we just left upset.

I moved away from Forest Grove and this is the only place I miss. Incredible florist, I'll be making the drive next time I need flowers!
