The guy who helped me today was very helpful! Staples would not print a label from my ebay that I needed, without them having to sign in to my account. They said they weren't allowed to and to use their self serve computer. The employee at old town mail house walked me through the steps of getting it sent without them having to sign in to my account. Thank you so much for being helpful!

Best customer service I have had in a very long time. The people there help me with so many things including tech support. I'm a senior and am not tech savvy. They help me print out emails from my phone, help me with different forms that I have no idea how to do thank you so much! They always have a smile and in this day and age we need more people like them!

I am in need of notary services since my bank is currently not offering theses services at this time. I called a bit before their opening time expecting just to listen to the answering service giving info about times etc, I was surprised When someone promptly answered the phon. I have not prepared myself on what I wanted to ask so I was a little unprepared. When I spoke to Jeff I composed My thoughts I asked several questions which were all answered. Customer service went well above what I expected And although I don’t recall using his business before I will certainly take them out for all future services of their type.
