I have been living in another state for 2 months.but today I received a NO SHOW/LATE FINAL WARNING LETTER! This shows how messed up this place really is. I had 2 appointments, 1 in Feb. 2023 and 1 in March 2023. Both I showed up to on time! I have yet to be reimbursed for being charged a co-pay for one of those visits that my insurance company let me know I was not supposed to be charged for! Yet, this office has been paid for both of my visits.

This office is the most unprofessional experience I have had with a medical office. Starting with the Dr.telling me he does not like my local medical PC's office.who by the way referred me to him! To being charged a co-pay when I shouldn't have been and billing refusing to refund it because they billed one of my two visits incorrectly and they are waiting to be paid. The Dr.never listened to why I was there in the first place.thus I continue in pain!
Dr Maksimov listened, carefully reviewed my records, and then clearly explained options/recommendations. His office was organized and easy to communicate with. Along with his professional candor, he had a great sense of humor. In his office I did not feel like a number or a whiner; I was an individual in need of pain relief.
Dr. Maksimov is the best Dr. I have ever had & I've had many. If you really listen to him talk you will learn he is very knowledgeable. You might not always like what you hear but he will try his very best to help you! I have known DR. M.since he became president at Columbia Pain & Spine. God worked through him to help me. I'm walking because he really looked into what was wrong when other Drs didn't. I feel it takes more than 1 visit to know him as he is trying to also understand & know you! I feel I give him respect & he also gives me respect. He is the most caring Dr. I've ever had. His staff go out of their way to make you comfortable. The procedure room people our so caring and make sure your comfortable. Dr. Maksimov has only the best people working with him! I can't say enough nice words about him or all that work their. If you really want the best for yourself this is the place to go!
