Olive Garden Italian Restaurant, Lake Oswego OR

I did the call ahead sitting and they never put us on the list.
Never told us we had to check in upon arrival so we sat in the car with our 2 year old to avoid the crowds. Then told us what was suppose to be only 20
Minutes would be amount 45 minutes! We had already waited 15 minutes. Manager and her staff are rude. Won’t be visiting this location again.

No reservations accepted. They won't help you manage your time by planning ahead, but they sure will take your money.

Our server Andrick was incredibly helpful and friendly. We goofed when trying to pay our bill and the manager was very understanding and quick to help us get it figured out. Thanks for the great service!

No fuss pastas. We went for dinner and waited about 15 mins for a table. My family loves this place, the kids really like the childrens meals options and I love the soup and salad. Everything was clean and food came out fast. Our server Isaiah was very nice and patient, he wore his mask.

I absolutely love this place.
I am usually seated right away, my servers Are always amazing. I like that I can go here and I rarely have to send my dish back for being wrong. And just leaving this post and talking about it makes me hungry And excited to go back. See you soon Olive Garden

Great experience, even with simplified menu. First time at Olive Garden in 2 years, and initially I was shocked by how much the menu had shrunk. Probably 2/3 of the classic items are left, noticeably there's no beef except for one steak. Still, the soups are just as I remembered, and the bread sticks are hot and fluffy and very garlicky! Pasta was overcooked and mushy, but flavors were perfect. Of course, the staff were thoughtful and attentive, and made sure I had everything I needed without being intrusive. I would visit again when I'm in the area!

My husband and I had a delicious dinner experience. My husband ordered Spaghetti with meat sauce. And I ordered my favorite. Shrimp and Chicken Carbonara with Angel Hair Pasta. And I love their Chicken Gnocchi soup and my husband had their salad and I share the salad with him. Everything was soooo delicious We enjoy their Peach Bellini Ice Tea. So refreshing! We also enjoy the Bread sticks as well. Of course! You may notice my pic looks very weary. I had just been released from the hospital. I had recently been diagnosed with Non Hodgkin's Lymphoma Cancer. And I was just admitted 4 days ago for emergency Chemo Therapy. And thank God my healing has begun! So we wanted to come to Olive Garden to celebrate! One of our favorite places! The staff and waitresses and waiters are always so courteous and friendly. The delicious food always comes promptly! Thank you Olive Garden Team for making our muchly needed break soooo enjoyable. We'll be back very soon!

Can't really say I have any complaints. Went as a group of 4. It was dinner so it was pretty busy. Had about a 15 min wait.
The food was okay. Had the soup and salad. The zuppa is my favorite but it tasted watered down for some reason.

Everyone else seemed to mostly enjoy their meals. One said the chicken parm had a lot to be desired though and wasn't that great.

Overall, its a chain restaurant. Pretty basic and okay and what you'd expect for an OG.

So bummed. The wait is unrealistic for dinner. We left to go somewhere else, 2 hrs later we got the text that our table was ready.
You just can't wait that long.

I went to this Olive Garden on my sons birthday and we waited 1 hour for our food to come out. We were told there wasn’t raspberry lemonade yet another table had some…very disappointed.

Kaley was amazing! Her customer service was excellent and she brought our food out super quickly. I would decently recommend this location for Olive Garden!

Usually the service is top rate, tonight not so much. We had to ask for spoons to eat our pasta. My husband's meat sauce was bland and lacking in meat. We asked for salt but we were halfway through our meal before it arrived. To cap it off we didn't get the usual mints after we paid.

Service was good. But the food wasn't. The bread sticks where hard, the pasta was really runny and my soup had large potatoes and the kale wasn't cooked. It was like they threw in right before they serving it.

Absolutely wonderful. Food was great and service was wonderful. We walked in the door and were seated right away. Waitress seemed very busy but always stopped to check on us and got us everything we asked for.

Went here for my daughter’s birthday celebration with a party of 10. The manager, forgot her name, let us know there was a 30 minute wait. She kept us informed of the progress up until our table was ready. Our server was also amazing. She was on point with our order, refills, & food delivery. Her outgoing personality really added to our dining experience. At the end of our meal the manager returned to see how everything went. The vibe I got from the staff was they really appreciated our business & genuinely cared about top notch service. These 2 ladies definitely make your business better.

The server was so kind, and had fun earrings ^-^ my little sister loved them. Besides that little detail, the food was yummy and came out in good time, the gnocchi is very filling and the eggplant parmesano (?) is delicious.

Was clean and it waitress was super awesome. Loved the endless salad and bread sticks. My husband reviews a chicken and noodle dish.
