Olive Garden Italian Restaurant, Medford OR

I'd give 5 stars, but the app said there was no wait for our party of 6 before we left. Got there, and I was #2 on a list online all of a sudden, cause someone at the same time checked in in person with 25 people. So we had to wait 30 min. Other than that, our waitress was amazing, and the food was great.

Food was pretty good the waitress was super loud and didn't pay attention well. We only go there when the kids "make" us.

Good food but not as good as it used to be. Bread sticks aren't as flavorful or garlicky. Soups taste good but a little thin.

I eat low carb, the waitress was very accommodating when I asked for one meat ball and one grilled chicken breast with a small amount of fettuccine sauce on the side (around 3 oz) I ate that with salad & it was very satisfying. I love the fact that although this is a pasta restaurant, I can still enjoy food here with my family that isn't on a low carb diet.

I don't understand how people don't lose their freaking minds just walking into Olive Garden. UNLIMETED SOUP. UNLIMITED SALD. UNLIMITED BREAD! I don't even bother buying a main course anymore I just load up on those three bad boys, a couple of cocktails, then I roll my way out to bed. 10/10

I have a suggestion for the Cook with preparation to add extra sauce to Chicken Tortalinna Alfredo for dish to allow for dryness to the Tortalinna. I expected more from them

Was ordering to go. Food was ready super quick. I live in salem and let me tell you Olive Garden in Medford is huge and fancy. Tbh I was a little surprised how much more expensive Olive Garden got.
I live their soup. I love combination you can get soup and salad for 12.99$ you get soup,
Salad and 2 bread sticks if you are ordering to go. It’s perfect size to get full for one person.

Our waitress Maria was so nice and really patient with our tired family who had been traveling all day esp with our sort of picky and demanding 17 yr old on the autism spectrum.

Everything was excellent! The server's name was Sarah. She deserves a shout outBest server ever here! You rock Sarah. Thank you all.

We got there at 1: 30 p.m. On a Wednesday and we were told that if we didn't want to sit in the bar and eat we would have to wait for a table. We thought that was strange since the parking lot wasn't even close to being full. When we finally got told they had a table available, we were taken into one of their dining room that had over half of the tables open. Only 2 people left while we waited. We ordered the spaghetti and meatballs and requested the dinner size portions because we don't live near a Olive Garden and we wanted left overs. We also ordered the Alfredo dipping sauce for our bread sticks. The waitress brought our salad but no dipping sauce, so I asked for it again and she said she would be right back with it. She showed up later with our spaghetti and meatballs, only it was the lunch size and I told her we wanted the dinner size and she said that's what she brought us and she still didn't bring the Alfredo sauce. We ate our lunch and she brought our bill it had the dipping sauce on it and the lunch size spaghetti and meatballs. We told her we didn't want to pay for the sauce we never got, and she took it off. She just wasn't paying attention, I guess. Very disappointing experience.

Food was really good. Server was excellent and made sure everything was okay. Also if we needed more drinks, salad and breadsticks.

This was my nieces choice for dinner.
2 orders of shrimp Alfredo
1 eggplant parmesan endless bread sticks and salad later we were very much full. Our waiter was Kameron he was an excellent waiter. Friendly and accommodating. Very happy day we choose Olive Garden.

You guys are loosing my stars waited for 45 min. They skipped us like 15 times. Never comming back. Screw you guys. I'll be calling corporate.

What a nice time eating there! Went with my wife and we had great service and really yummy food. They were very friendly too!

All the items we ordered, calamari, soup, salad and marinara sauce all too salty. Spoiled a nice lunch. Why do these places do this. More salt then one should consume in a month. Used to really enjoy OG but Spoiled it.

Love this place-just sad they didn't sing "Happy Birthday" to my daughter as she was turning 14, when they did for other people!

The staff was nice and very helpful but just because they have a full bar doesn't mean they know how to make a drink. Worst cocktail of my life. Took one sip payed my bill and returned it to the bar.

Came in for a Mothers Day lunch with my girls and was told by the host and the bartender that it was open seating in the bar area. We got a table and had ordered our drinks from the waiter when the manager came over and said "I'll let you sit here but this table was supposed to go to someone else" I told her two staff members told us we could sit there and she said "I know, I just told them" It was extremely unprofessional and strange that she felt the need to burden us with this information. Next time consider communicating with your staff prior to a busy holiday.
