OMEGA Gymnastics reviews
5Rude employees. As I walked past an employee to sit in the bleachers. I stood for not even a minute as I looked for a seat and he rudely said I couldn’t stand because it was the rules. He didn’t even give me a chance to find a seat before saying something very loud and rudely. If I had been standing there a while I could see him saying something but I had literally walked past him. (Bleachers we almost full) Best to avoid the man with glasses at the front. He thinks being rude is funny.
This is by far the best preschool and gymnastics combination, and our daughter, age 4, loves to go to 5 times a week. The crafts and learning projects are great and there is always enough staff to feel comfortable that you are leaving your loved one in good hands. Every teacher, coach, and staff member is very caring and professional, you couldnt find better people anywhere. The awards show at the end of the year is spectacular, a must see event. Highly recommended! Thank you Omega! Brian Clark
I love the adult class here! David and Zeke are fantastic, providing the perfect mix of structured vs open gym while always being available to give a spot and provide helpful coaching tips.
Leaving a 5 star review because the responses to kaleena and lucky girl are so funny and they certainly got put into their place after trying to create some negative narrative. Best of luck to their families lol.
Began looking into enrolling my 3 children. Was told by "Vivianna" that my 11 year old could take the intermediate class today. When I called this morning to confirm, was treated horribly by the front desk person, Dan.
My daughter has been in gymnastics since she was 5 and phased out at her last gymnastics academy, Precision Elite. Vivianna and I spoke at length about her skill level.
They require a staff member evaluate your childs skills before they can begin, but that staff member is difficult to get ahold of and isn't available on weekends.
I politely explained to Dan that I was told my daughter could start today and that my child was very much looking forward to class based on what Vivianna told me yesterday. His response was incredibly rude and crass "I don't know what to tell you". He then spoke over me and began yelling when I expressed dissatisfaction with his demeanor.
He then proceeded to tell me my children aren't even enrolled. (We've been speaking about enrollment for over a week.) When I explained I planned on doing enrollment paperwork this morning when I got there for their clazses he told me "this conversations over" and hung up on me.
I was trying to enroll three children and will not be doing so after this.
I cannot believe anyone would employ such a horribly disrespectful person when working with children. They should re evaluate the individual representing them to the public, Dan. I am SHOCKED at his demeanor toward parents.
When I asked for owner contact information, he refused to give that out and told me he would give then mine but that he couldn't tell me when they'd call.
I'll be taking my 3 children to anywhere other than here.
You should be ashamed of yourself, Dan.
