You have 2 employees that deserve a huge thank you! We had to wait for a couple weeks until the company could put up an extension to the tower to reach our location. They informed us quickly of the upcoming project & when it was completed to ensure that we would have internet as fast as they could get it to us. Online NW is the ONLY internet service in our area. THANK YOU FOR BEING HERE!

Living in the woods makes getting internet service a challenge to say the least. When I contacted Online NW, Adrian came out and did a thorough site inspection and found a suitable tree to put the receiver. Adrian and Noah were dedicated to installing my service and getting the best reception possible. My internet service has improved dramatically over my previous satellite service! I am really surprised this company stays in business. Their tech department is only available for support Monday-Thursday from 8-5pm. Several times my fiber "box" has malfunctioned on a Friday and the network manager is evidently the only person who can reset a "box. " As a teacher, I need reliable internet during the pandemic, but was told by the after hours agent that the only way I could get working internet immediately was to switch my ISP. I think he overestimated my appreciation for sarcasm at the moment because within an hour, I had working internet from Xfinity without waiting the 72 hours that was necessary from OnlineNW. Snarky and rude agents, long hold times, and twice the cost of Comcast. I would expect more from a company that supposedly values education, schools and teachers.

I was really frustrated with wait times when I did the initial post and gave online a much lower rating than it deserves for its ongoing work. Here's the revised rating-

I have tried for 2 days to negotiate some sort of transition from online nw as it was and some new system. I have not been able to accomplish the switch over and staff hasn't been able to assist.and seem to be out of the loop on what;s happening. I spent more time yesterday than reasonable.i tried to call in today (4/10) only to find out online nw isn't open. Tried their "Friday service" and was on holdfor 12 minutes before I gave upI was

I am a photographer who needs to send about 5-10 GB of data every night to my editor. This transfer fails about 70% of the time due to poor or interrupted service provided by OnlineNW. We pay over $100 a month for a "commercial" account. Our average speeds are between 3-9 mb down, and between. 5 and 2mb upload. Yes, that is correct, we almost NEVER get more than 1MB upload speed. In order to maintain service we had to install wireless satellite type receive on my neighbors house, then dig a trench and bury hardwire ethernet cable to our house from my neighbors house. We spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars on this process and the gear needed. All of this for what was supposed to transform our connection speeds. This did not happen, not in the slightest.

Our bill should reflect the speeds we actually get, not the speeds Online NW says we receive. I have hundreds of screenshots showing our actual speed around 5mb down and. 5 mb up, even though we pay for an 11/4 connection.

If you live in Yamhill County, look into Ziply or Frontier. Online NW is NOT worth the higher costs.

I called yesterday, and Adam was out here at 11am today. He reset the satellite, (in only a few minutes) and the speed, both in and out are greater then I'm paying. Hats off to Online NW!

Really great customer service.any issues get resolved quickly.the service reps that set up our service were kind, curteous and respectful.would recommend.

I cant so much comment on the actual internet service since I do not have it. But I can comment on the technical staff. I have worked on numerous IT projects for our customers in OnlineNW service area, and between their Network admin staff and systems staff, specifically Nate, they have been stellar. Usually when we need records changed or need new static IP's given out or new VPN routes setup the ISP's we deal with are usually a headache. Nate and the rest of the staff at OnlineNW have helped our projects get done right and done quickly. Thanks guys!

Just completed a new fiber installation.
The Bad:
It took 3 weeks from start to finish.
I gave the underground boring team two preferred entry locations but they put it where I didn’t want it when I wasn’t home.

The Good:
Everyone was pleasant to work with. I worked with Adam the install tech to make a bad situation better and then he efficiently completed his job.
Setup was amazingly simple. Plug it in and it worked on all my devices.

Our installer was fantastic! My dad has a medical condition that makes it difficult to communicate clearly and Tony was patient and went out of his way to make sure my fathers wishes were carried out and kept him informed about it every step along the way. Our service is great and we wouldn’t dream of having any other provider.

We own a semi remote property in West Salem and OnlineNW has been the only provider capable of getting a signal out here. Recently Adam came out to upgrade our equipment to the latest and greatest, now we're seriously rockin! He had his work cut out for him, no doubt the challenges in this area are many but he went above and beyond to engineer a system to meet our high speed work and entertainment requirements. OnlineNW is a small company and you get to know everyone personally. Anthony, Damien, Miles and now Adam are just a few names that come to mind. I couldn't say enough good things about the crew that we've come to know and appreciate. They're always super courteous and eager to help no matter the issue! Big thanks to you guys and anyone else working behind the scenes I failed to mention.

We use OnlineNW for a construction trailer. Installation and service were very fast and easy. Speeds, at least for our business, have been decent. I would recommend OnlineNW.

Service is the worst for a company selling knock off Internet. Its always blurry, and they charge for data. Don't use it u want to run more than your blackberry from 1997.
