Tran Luu is an Rockstar! Have you ever had that person in your life who will guide and nudge you when needed? !? She’s totally my guide I wouldn’t be as finically secure/savvy if it wasn’t for her guidance and hard work! I can not say enough good things about this amazing human being she is smart, super personable it really feels like she cares not just for my business but for my financial well being. She’s incredible at her job I don’t see myself going anywhere else for my financial needs.

Every time I come to this bank to drop my rent off it takes me 15 minutes standing in a long line.they need to hire more tellers. Im going to find a different on point from now on.

Gina Elia Haefner is a true leader, and the reason that I recommend this CU. You are fortunate to have her as a manger.

Once a Portland Teachers Credit union, now On Point. Same excellent service conveniently located right off of the 205 freeway by Mall 205.

Coming from bofa.this place is a gem.being brain injuried they dealt with me unlike Any other bank.my parents are bankers and this the first time I felt safe.comfy.and not stressed.yes it's gets busy.but one.would u want to bank at a bank no one goes to? 2. All banks have huge lines and cutting hours back on employees and they act like they care but u can tell they are paid to and I can truly say.knowing 1st hand they do care here at on point.it's not an act.

This is a busy branch with tons of natural light so the vibe is really nice, this is a huge improvement from most stuffy banks. Abby assisted me with setting up new accounts and it was all so fast and convenient, she's lovely! Excited to be working with this branch.

Very rude workers. I came in they June to try to get something disputed Because it was damaged when I got it, it’s now September and I still haven’t heard anything. I have been dealing with this office for months and the workers that have hung up on many times, and have attitudes on the phone. I do don’t recommend this office at all. I would drive the extra distance to get better service.

Came in for a feeless account. Sat down with Yancy who was not very personable at all. The whole time sitting with him he only spoke a few times.
So you wanna open savings and checking?
Yes.
You want a debit card?
Yes.
I complimented his watch. Nothing. I leave thinking I got what I wanted.
I realize the next day I didn't get paperwork on my new account. No member number. Nothing. So i call to get it. Lady on other end also confused on why i didn't get any take home info.then They have my email wrong. Perfect.
Cut to one month later I'm getting charged a 7$ monthly fee. My bank account is negative now. Never once was a fee mentioned or I wouldn't have signed up. I call customer service and they can't reverse fee and insist it was disclosed in my meeting with Yancy. (It wasn't he wouldn't talk to me) So they Make me go back to him to resolve in person. (Oh joy more personality). I sit down with him and once again.nothing. I'm confronting him about his lack of customer service. I asked why there was a fee that wasn't mentioned. He said because of my previous banking history. Hmmmm. You literally said NONE of that in our first sit down. $7 a month is gas to me. I'm a broke lady and can't afford that and wouldn't have signed up if he would have just TALKED to me. All i remember is how awkward it Was to sit there silent with him for 20 minutes or so. I'm not down for hidden fees and bad customer service. Closed my new account one month later. Bad form onpoint!

Onpoint Community Credit Union hides its President, Rob Stuart, somewhere in a dark luxurious hole and away from his African American, female consumers. Mary Kay, his assistant, sends out his racist and misogynist Senior Vice President Stephen Owen, hired last year to disrespect, lie and improperly investigate claims submitted by same aforementioned consumers. Women of color are treat differently, claims are investigated and processed differently. It’s based on race. Rob Stuart allows Stephen Owen to violate Federal Regulations and Visa’s own Zero Liability policy. There is no oversight at all from the old, blind and all white staff in the Division of Financial Regulations Department of Consumer and Business Services. They’ve formed an illegal bond of collusion. They support the decisions from credit unions like Onpoint Community Credit Union without investigation. There is a first name basis bond and friendship that aids this collusion. It’s time the Federal Government investigates. It’s time that Credit Unions like Onpoint are held accountable for their illegal, racist actions. Onpoint Community Credit Union does not treat it’s white consumers in this same manner. They do not discriminate against their White consumers. They do not question the actions in claims of their white consumers. It’s time Onpoint was forced to repay its consumers just like Wells Fargo and other banks that are lying, defrauding, discriminating, and violating the rights of minorities. Oregon has a serious problem. Onpoint is abhorrent.

This occurred on 4/3/18 Rude Teller. Her name was something along the lines of Russian or maybe Ukraine, after relocating from Beaverton to NE Portland, I was shaken up by the type of service I received. I asked for a Cashier Check, one I normally get without a fee at my usual bank location in Cedear Hills, the woman not only repeated herself but talked to me as though I was a child that inconvenienced her that simply didn't understand what banking fees are. After some back and forth she then finally go asks her manger whose on duty that day I think his name was John.and agreed to waive the Fee. I then ask to talk to her manger because I was still confused at why I was being charged in the first place when I never was in the past. After I leave, she ask very loudly "Can I go on break? " Clearly she was frazzled by our encounter. The manger had the same attitude and tone of voice with me, as the teller. Talking to me like I am a toddler. I will be discontinuing my Services with ON point and switching to another Credit Union. I will never go back into that location other than to close my account.

Great for banking. Beyond that this place is kind of a joke. Went in for a loan and was told I should have a cosigner to strengthen my application. I agreed to get my cosigners info and have them send it in. Come to find out Amanda ran my application without my cosigners info. Ran my application the same day I was at the bank. Didn't even wait to get any of the info we agreed to wait for.

Another bank making it difficult to cash a check when you don't have an account. Tired of giving 2 forms of ID and still get a hard time.

Give your employee Claire E. (I will leave out here last name) a raise or a promotion. She makes that branch worth coming in.

I went in about a couple weeks ago to open a business account. The moment I opened my account, I switched my cash apps (Venmo & Square Up) over to my business routing/account number. My deposits didn't show up within 1-2 business days like they usually do, so I called OnPoint to figure out what was going on. Turns out Trisha Stout, the representative that assisted me in opening my business account had given me a completely different account number. My actual account number and the account number that was given to me were completely different. $800 worth of deposits since 06/08 had been deposited into someone else's account. They are currently working on retrieving my deposits, but be please be aware and double check your numbers before you leave or you'll spend all day on and off the phone with them.
