OnPoint Community Credit Union reviews
3Two times in a row I have called ahead and asked the process for doing something with my account before going in to make sure I don't waste my time going in unprepared and when I get there I am told that the policy is different than what I was told over the phone. Very frustrating and unprofessional. Please do better OnPoint.
I really appreciate Idalis, she was super helpful in setting up my account! She was very friendly, quick but extremely informative and answered all my questions. Thanks so much!
I don't normally review places but I am new to credit unions and feel like this is worth passing on since this is a new location. I went into the credit union to do some business where I was immediately greeted before I even made it all the way in the door. One of my transactions required a manager, I was helped by Karmen who was awesome and helped me with the transaction. Karmen was wonderful. My whole encounter, the entire time I was there was perfect! You can tell when people enjoy where they work by how they treat customers; I'm guessing these employees love where they work. I've got my new location right in the area I work and couldn't be happier I made the switch to OnPoint.
