Some redneck hillbilly lady in a white shirt & dark pants just racially profiled my partner while Door Dashing. It's summer & COVID is still an issue. So she chose my beautiful partner to fear would rob their dusty establishment while dressed in shorts & a T-shirt. She approached her w/a trembling voice asking her to remove her sunglasses. Goofy did they train y'all to look for humps & bumps? Where was she keeping the gun? Also while "robbing" y'all solo on a busy Friday? See that's the thing about racism, there's no logic. Y'all just inbreed & huff gas in the woods/mountains, spout hateful, untruths, & out into the world you go reeking havock. But you lost today baby girl. We're both business owners w/several business owner friends & family. She also wanted to speak to someone about opening a business account. The only people w/the history of thevary look LIKE Y'ALL. Y'all know you don't have the same fear of people who look like you in masks & sunglasses/ask them to remove them. To pretend otherwise is silly. We don't have to mess w/y'all, & you're going to feel that sting sooner or later. Enjoy your unseasoned day.

I was just racially profiled at this Credit Union while drop off a Doordash order because I was black with long locs, a medical mask, and shades on a Sunny Day. It’s crazy that it occurred so quickly because when I realized that I was delivering to On Point Credit Union I thought to myself what a convenient time to ask questions about opening a Business Banking Account with this Bank. These White People keep proving over and over again that Black Lives are not safe with them nor can they be trusted. Which is cool considering there was no diversity in this establishment in the first place. I would say do better, but don’t. Keep doing what you’re doing.

OnPoint offered a skip-pay option where you could skip a July or August loan payment. 2 months ago, I signed up for the July skip pay, and because they messed it up the last time they offered this service over the winter, I even called a couple of weeks prior to ensure it would go through properly. I was assured I was “on the list. ” So imagine my frustration and disappointment when I see that my loan payment is still being drafted from my account, even though I was charged the $35 skip pay charge. When I called to ask to have the charge reversed, I was told it would take 24-48 hours and any overdraft fees incurred due to their error are my problem. Worst customer service. I’ll be shopping for another auto loan.

I worked with Rachel Simmons (who works out of 2688 NW Vaughn branch) to open a HELOC. She is great, I would give her 100 stars if I could. She is an amazing and effective communicator, fast responder, hard worker, and was able to get us from application to funding our HELOC in about two weeks.

We were in a pinch and needed some money to replace our heating and AC. Rachel really came through securing us the money to move forward with our project. We were able to get our furnace/ac fixed before it got hot and all the HVAC companies got super busy.

Everyone we worked with at the branch was amazing, but we mostly worked with Rachel. We will be looking to move all our accounts to Onpoint soon.

Staff are friendly and have been accommodating to changing bills for quarters when I don't have an account at this specific credit union. The cash-deposit ATMs are in a great location for the neighborhood.
