I was one of the disabled individuals standing in line today to receive the $500 relief funds (I had been in line since before the branch even opened). After 5 hours in line the manager of the branch came out and told everyone in line that they were out of funds and they would not be taking any more walk ins. It was stated that "they didn't think it was right to make us sit and wait in line when there was no money coming". Immediately after most of us had left (including myself) they told the people still standing around that they in fact do have extra funds and started allowing walk ins again. A group of my neighbors that had been far behind me in line had stuck around and all of them received the $500.

Before I walked away I asked the manager 3 questions.
1. Are we still able to apply? His answer was "no".
2. Are we able to apply for an appointment? His answer was "no. The funds are gone".
3. Will there be another opportunity for this help in the future? He responded that he had no way of knowing that right now.

And then to find out that the neighbors who had been quite a way behind me in line received help that I was refused is heart wrenching. I will be personally contacting the manager to let him know how his misrepresentation of the situation has impacted my family and our ability to keep our heads above water for just a little longer. The manager lied straight to our faces to get us to leave then handed the money out to whoever was left.

NO ACCOUNTABILITY. There is no way to call an On Point credit union. There is a texting option that is useless and the number they give goes to some credit card company, NOT ONPOINT. Makes me wonder why they are so scared to post a branch phone number. Why do they hide In the shadows. What else are they hiding. STAY AWAY. You don't know who has control of your money. Fair warning.

The ATMs are painfully slow. Depositing cash is a nightmare.also 99% of the time when I try to use the cash deposit function on the ATM it says it's not available at this time. Many times I've had to drive down to cedar hills, which I imagine, is a much busier location but their machines are always maintained and ready to accept cash. Very frustrating. If you go inside the lines are always very long and slow moving

Don't waste your time and money at this location. The manager at this location is awful! Incredibly unfriendly and rude. She alone makes us want to close our account here and switch banks.

Update regarding response- Let me make myself clear. It's not the policy that gave you the 1 star. It was the unprofessional attitude of the of the manager. Employee's should not to smirk, degrade, or dismiss customers when they are asked questions regarding said policy.

Awful branch. I waited 10 mins at the drive thru no help. Long lines. Certainly won’t ever stop at this branch again!

On point staff is very kind and helpful. They do their best to fulfill your needs, especially Dayana Garcia. The first time I met with her was to refinance my car. She did an amazing job and made the whole process run smooth with no difficulty or stress. She completely gained my trust and I am happy to rely on her with any further financial or loan situation. Unacceptable service; took over 30 minutes and escalation to a manager to simply draft a cashiers check correctly. The unapologetic teller Ariana Silva seriously needs training; avoid her or expect mistakes. This is strike three for OnPoint CCU. In order to avoid consistent frustration I will actually go to the trouble of banking elsewhere.

Why does my family have to wait 40 minutes on hold every single time we call? Jesus Christ. I'm standing here in an airport for a layover and the rep didn't enter my travel plans on my account even though I specifically told her about it.

This is the closest Onpoint bank to my house. Whenever I come in the staff are always polite and professional. Olivia has assisted me the most of any, she is a great worker. Super cool, super informative. Excellent at her job

I went in to get my first debit card and I felt very comfortable. If you are looking for a nice, friendly and fast service I recommend you to ask for Diana Garcia. One of the greatest employees at OnPoint community! Thank you Diana for all your help!

Terrible service from the banker we sat with Diana Garcia, tried to open savings account and she answered very short and annoyed attitude and basically acted as if I didn't exist. She silently rushed through our account and couldn't wait for us to be rushed out the door. Halfway through her being extremely rude when I asked questions about the specifics of the account she was opening for my son I almost wanted to stop her to move to another bank and close all our accounts because I don't believe in this level of service. Terrible do not sit with Diana Garcia.

Terrible customer service. Already I had to come in to fix a pretty egregious mistake where $ was allowed to be deducted from my account without permission or any verification and then I was treated with disdain by the teller (name withheld) and told I would have to wait a half hour just to sign a paper. Mind you, this whole time I was holding my one year old daughter after a long day of work. When I tried to calmly voice my frustration she cut me off and said, "Go to that lady in the middle then, I guess. Maybe she can help you. " Wow.

That lady in the middle did help me but it was as though I were being granted the biggest favor in the world.to get my own $ back that they failed to protect in the first place!

One of the reasons I chose Onpoint was because it was formerly the Portland Teachers Credit Union and I myself am a Portland teacher. But wow, look what I got out of that decision. Wells Fargo may have been evil corporate bankers but they always treated me with respect.

Current location is accurate (they moved to a diff building the same business park at one point).

Staff is courteous and friendly, and I've never had to wait in line. The only problem I've encountered was one rep that has their own desk was unable to verify if it was possible to change a debit card PIN via the ATM. This seems like the kind of info everyone on staff should be familiar with.

Drove to this ATM because I had checks to deposit but the ATM said that it could not accept checks at this time. Horrible service, wasted my time and money.

Received absolutely horrible service from Jocelyn Garcia-Gonzales today. This was the first time coming to this branch to drop off my stores cash deposits. At every other branch, I can hand them the poly bag and leave. Jocelyn refused to take the bags in the drive through and made me come inside to count the money in front of me. I normally drop off in the night drop box so this makes no sense. When I asked why this was necessary she mentioned that I would be taking time away from other customers by making them count the money? When either way the money would be counted. Either way she was incredibly rude and the trip was a complete inconvenience considering I was in a rush to be somewhere. On point is great but this specific branch needs an attitude adjustment and I'll be taking my money to other branches from now on.

The service is great here, anyone in the building not with a client will welcome you and check you in as if they were the receptionist.

They also offer great interest rates on loans to members along other benefits.

When our customers come in an want a great experience obtaining an auto loan OnPoint provides this. Many over our customer come in looking to buy after obtaining a pre-approval from OnPoint. Specifically we refer our customers to Josie Ruiz in the Hillsboro branch as she does a phenomenal job with customers and connects so well with our Latino customers. Thank you.
