Excellent and kind people working here.if your going to be approaching this establishment on your right it's best to use the fire dept lot across the street to turn around so it'll be a easy backing in (you'll have to take up the street briefly). Full trailer and unloaded in 29 mins exactly.

We have been expanding our rain catchment system and have now purchased two Bushman tanks from Onsite. This last time this month, we mistakenly got the wrong tank but, no problem, Felipe, Paco, and Luis helped me with an exchange (they have a great exchange policy) and I'm now ready for the next rainstorm! I love these guys - great service, very friendly and helpful and an astounding inventory of tools, irrigation bits and pieces, etc. And they have lots of knowledge to help you with your projects. Very highly recommend Onsite!

Definitely the place to go when you need parts. I can’t say enough good about the great service and hospitality of the men at on-site I had a month old water heater, go bad and they couldn’t replace it fast enough. Great service.

Not only did they carry the specialty part that i couldn't find anywhere in the Portland/Vancouver metro area, they called me back to let me know they had it. Then, because i couldn't make it before they closed, they let me pay for it on the phone and they left it outside the door for me. They saved my projects weeks and maybe $400 in shipping costs. Everyone has always treated me with the most incredible kindness. I appreciate them so much!
