I called OPE on Saturday to obtain a cylinder head for my Kohler 27 HP engine. They shipped it immediately on Saturday. No shipping cost and no tax. They ship USPS Priority. The head was able to transit coast to coast (Salem, Oregon to Absecon, NJ near Atlantic city) where I received the head the following Monday. Amazing! Excellent customer service, outstanding phone etiquette, fair prices. Highly recommend! Will buy again from this excellent company.
Needs a sign at the road where their shop is located. Other than that awesome to do business with.

Item was on backorder.they didn't let me know and just didn't ship it for 2+ weeks. When I asked about it they refunded me and told me the part is on backorder. What a huge waste of time.
