Taelor is absolutely amazing. Took the time to talk to me about my goals and what I was looking for. The rest of the staff is friendly and very helpful. Opti staffing is by far the elite staffing company in portland. Very thankful for the opportunity. Looking forward to working with Taelor and the rest of the staff. I would recommend this to anyone that was looking for the right path towards a career!

Came in and had what I thought was a great 30 minute meeting with Morgan Mandel about potential jobs. I never heard back from her after this meeting. I have tried calling and emailing her but hasn’t returned back any communication. I understand I may not be the right candidate for you but have the integrity and professional to tell me that and not just ghost me.

This is a joke a of a company. My experience with megan Fitzpatrick was beyond unprofessional and toxic. Its business like these that add to the poverty. It's the little guy making money off the other little guys.

I was tired of looking for work in my craft so I decided to go to Opti Staffing group, after hearing about them from a friend. It ended up being a great decision and boosted my career path to the next level! I was helped by Jamal and he found a great position for me at a growing company making a competitive top wage! Been waiting for 2 months and they said they will have me 3 interview within a week still waiting only got 2 calls and they where useless and all I get now is random emails to join random stuff

The Opti PDX staffing team and Megan in particular are absolutely fantastic! I applied not long ago and we haven't found a fit quite yet, but I feel like Megan and the team there truly cares about your needs and wants when finding an assignment for you, unlike other agencies that are solely using you to place in spots that are high turnover to make a buck off of you. This is not the case with Opti whatsoever, and I encourage anyone who is looking for work to get in touch with them!

Opti have been awesome! They really 'listened' to what I was looking for in a job & placed me in the perfect position. Even better, it was the first interview they sent me on - Bingo! Opti are very friendly & great on follow up communication. I am very happy in the position where I have been placed. They care about the candidate being placed with the right client. A good fit! It feels so strange to be writing a positive review for a staffing agency. I have been burned terribly by several, and I was skeptical when Opti called me for an interview. However, when they brought me in, I was treated like a client, not meat for the grinder. Elysse and Lynz in the Portland office are just the best.

If you're looking for a career position and to be treated and dealt with like a human being, Opti is a great option. I can't recommend them strong enough.

I can't say enough good things about the recruiters that I worked with at Opti! First I worked with Katie, she was awesome! She was very intuitive of what I was looking for. She didn't have a "fit" for me so she gave my file to Lynz. Lynz is amazing! I recently was hired on where she placed me. We have spoken alot and she is always willing to work through whatever I need. Anytime I have called if she wasn't available she was very prompt at getting back to me. Very helpful! Lynz is amazing! They have given me many chances when the first job i got hired through them did not go so well. I was impressed with how well detailed they were in considered the types of jobs I would be interested in and answered all my questions accordingly. My new job is going great thanks to them.

Endra is amazing; and I don't use that word lightly. She did an exceptional job placing me with my new company! Kendra takes a unique tactic where she actually listens to what you makes you tick as a person, what kind of company you see yourself with, what type of employee you are, and what your goals are for the future. Not only did Kendra do this for me, she listened to my new employer who was looking for a great candidate like me. I spend time going in here and talking with 5 separate recruiters. They never answer the phone or emails. The only person you can ever talk to is the front desk receptionist. What a waste of time!
