The employees that I encountered were two of the most cordial, professional and personable young men I have ever met. They took care of their employers business issues with no problems. If I was in business, these are the kind of employees I would want. These two gentlemen were named Ryan and David respectively.

From the initial contact to the completion of my new heating and air conditioning system was amazing. Kudos to Blaine, Steve, Alex and Wayne. Each individual was caring and extremely professional. Being new to the area it was a such a great experience to work with each one of you. Highly recommend this great team!

I had my HVAC system replaced with the top of the line Trane heating and air conditioning system at our Gold Beach home. Eric Marley did a thorough review of our 23 year old existing system and recommended the updated Trane units, and it has been working great! The installation technician Fernando also did an amazing job to install and explain all of the components thoroughly. I appreciate Orca and highly recommend them.

Orca was here a week and Juan and James serviced and repaired our heating vents. They were pleasant to work with and on time each day.

Wonderful customer service and quick response time. During power loss over summer when temporary power was restored my system went down. The technician was out within a few hours of call, parts were ordered and had working system within two weeks.

Alex and Juan did an awesome job installing our new heat pump system. They were professional and helpful with explaining some other issues that came to light once the job was under way. They answered all my questions and helped me set up the thermostat which is way fancier than what we had.

Brett worked with me through the whole process of the proposal and getting my homeowners insurance approved and he was quick to respond to get his guys out here,

Frank’s/Orca Heating & Refrigeration was called to provide a second option as another local companies recommendation to repair my home heat pump system was a complete replacement at considerable cost.
Tech Steven noticed signs of a refrigerant leak very close to the heat pump. Further investigation revealed the source as a pipe joint. This was totally missed during the first inspection.
Once repaired, Steven purged, recharged and tested the entire system and found it to be working properly.
This action postponed having to spend a boatload of money.
The honesty and professionalism are certainly appreciated by this homeowner.

It's been a wonderful experience getting our new bigger heat pump installed along with replacing our two existing wall units upstairs and downstairs with bigger units, and adding a brand new unit in my office.
