8Since Margaret Franklin retired, the clinic is frustrating. I have seen 5-6 other people but not my new PCP. I can not get my scripts renewed for more than a month at a time and the last 2 months my most important script has been 20 days late. Talked to 5 people in 7 days, always assured it will be sent in. Horrible patient care at this point. I love this clinic and will give them 2 more months- tops
The place is going through a lot of changes I don't know if it's for the good or not but in the meantime the patients suffer.
Orchid Health has incredible staff and doctors who are friendly, welcoming and professional. The staff call you by name and make you feel so comfortable with the whole experience. When I see Clem Pope I feel he listens to what I have to say and then offers the best available solution for my issue. He's very thorough and I'm always left with the feeling that he cares about his patients.
The staff and my PCP, Clem Pope, are excellent at what they do. I cannot expect a better team than what I find at Orchid Health in Oakridge.

I will never go to another family practice office again. My family doctor is above and beyond when it comes to our personal medical care! I'm not sure about what we'll do if our particular provider retires, but I have confidence that the office will hire another very qualified person.
I have been a patient at Orchid since they opened and have never been disappointed. I have a myriad of health issues and the staff at Orchid has dealt with them admirably from hands on care to referrals to specialists. They are accommodating, caring, smart and the clinic is well managed. They serve our small rural community in every way possible including wellness programs and in summer a walking program. I am so grateful to and for them.
