I honestly don't know what's in this building but I play the piano outside of it in the square. Love the sound of the streets when it's quiet.

Has a really unique coffee shop inside. Nice to get a cup of coffee before going upstairs to see a therapist.

Very helpful guiding visitors to proper business. Cheerfully help folks learning how to use the hand operated elevator

A Beautiful old historic downtown building with truly iconic historic elevators. This location has a rather wide variety of businesses from very bad, horrible and terribly over-priced bad food downstairs to a great tax preparation business upstairs.

This building is, in my opinion, the centerpiece of historic downtown Klamath Falls. It is included in the National Register of Historic Places. It has six stories and was finished around 1930. The ground floor housed the Oregon Bank & Trust Co, which lasted only a short time, and also had room for shops. Today, for example, A Leap Of Taste occupies one of the ground floor units facing Main St. The spaces on the upper floors were designed particularly to accommodate the particular needs of medical offices.

Today, the building still houses the offices of many businesses and practices. The nearly 100 year-old architecture is fascinating to look at up close, indoors and out. The old-fashioned elevator is particularly interesting.

This place is a gem. A great restoration that is fully operational and clean. You can see the work that has gone into keeping this old building in good operational order. The original craftsmanship shines through when you look at the detail.
