I would recommend Chris and his team to anyone! They are honest and friendly and do great work. I've been taking my Travel Trailers to them for a few years now, doing work from basic maintenance to water damage repairs and collision repairs, they are always fantastic!

I called to make a appointment and got the answering machine. They were very prompt calling back. We've had work done here before and was very happy with the results. They are good at what they do.

I needed a rocker light switch. They had exactly what I wanted, and the price was less than ONLINE (I like to buy local anyway but I looked online to see an estimate of the cost).

I am currently having my van worked on and I have been informed that you didn’t know what you were doing. It was apparent from the moment they began working on it, especially when they were able to get it started and running in a matter of minutes. I find it laughable that you would attempt to blame me or the age of the vehicle for your own incompetence.

Over the past 15 yrs I have personally witnessed some amazing repairs caused by dry rot. Very involved replacement of floors and walls, resealing entire RV's, custom floor covering, replacing entire roof skins. Chris goes to great lengths to match original colors and graphics necessary during body repairs. Shame they don't do drive train maintenance particularly on high end diesel pushers. I highly recommend their work and business ethics without reservations.

Nice enough people when I went in with specific issues I wanted repaired. They got one of the 4 issues fixed, two others they basically told me to live with it, nothing they could do and the final issue meant ordering material and bringing the coach back.never heard from them again.
Here’s the story.
Called in late July but they were 3 weeks out before I could bring it in, probably normal for that time of year. Took it in mid August with 4 specific issues. It sat untouched for two more weeks before they went to work. I know because I called once and went in once to check status. I needed the coach back for a mid September trip. End of first week of Sept they told me it was ready so I went in to get it. First issue, the slide outs needed service and repair, they performed the work satisfactorily. Second issue, the door would not latch without multiple slams. I told them adjusting it had already been attempted to no avail it needed repair. They “adjusted” it. It still would not shut properly, they told me there was nothing more they could do, I’d just have to live with it. Third issue, the main awning would not retract fully, it needed some level of adjusting or repair. They did nothing, it was still in the same position as when I left it. They told me to “just zip tie it shut when you’re traveling”. Fourth issue, I wanted all the slide out awnings replaced as they were aged and worn. I suggested they order them first before doing anything else because it would likely involve some lead time. Again, they did nothing, when I went to pick it up I was told Carefree never called them back, that they’d try again and call me back in when the fabrics were in. It’s now January, I’ve still not heard a word from them. I took my coach to the guys in Junction City on December 18 and got it back yesterday. Everything works like new, door latches “replaced”, main awning adjusted now closes properly, new fabrics installed, very professional. Had other work done too while it was there. Wish I could have gotten this all done locally. Now, I simply wouldn’t recommend OCC.
