It's been almost 10 years since I attended OCCI, but it will always have a special place in my heart. It was the best year of my life thus far. The staff was amazing and the education was phenomenal! I learned so much and I'm so grateful for what I got there. I'm working towards opening my own bakery so I can continually use what I learned there and what I've gained in my career since.
And the area is BEAUTIFUL! Coos Bay is such a lovely, quiet city with some incredible views.
This school is small and you're not just another face paying tuition. I felt really heard by my instructors and mentors. I will forever recommend this school to anyone who asks.
