Oregon Coast Glassworks reviews
9It was an amazing experience. I have booked 6 more classes for my friends. They are so professional, informative, and FUN!
My wife and I had a blast! Our pieces turned out beautifully. Thank you to our gaffer Tanya! Everyone there were a pleasure to be around. I highly recommend taking their class.
My daughter and I took the class and it was a fantastic experience. Our instructor "T" was informative, a good teacher, and super warm and welcoming. We ended up with beautiful pieces of glass art and I would recommend this to anyone. The gallery is full of amazing pieces of art and is worth a visit on its own.
Really cool place, friendly staff! Family oriented too. All of our pieces turned out beautifully!
My partner and I booked glassblowing lessons for a valentines activity - and Oregon Coast Glassworks did not disappoint! You get to help every step of the way when you make your own custom piece, and our instructor was very fun/helpful. Well worth the price.
So glad we finally went from observer to glass designer! The staff was fantastic and helpful. We created a floppy bowl to celebrate our 45th Anniversary! Highly recommend going to Oregon Coast Glassworks!
Had an amazing time blowing glass here. It was my husband and I 's first time doing it. We had a blast. Highly recommended
I did a glassblowing workshop on the 28th, and it was fantastic! I loved every second of it, and my beautiful sea star is amazing! The staff were brilliant, extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I'd recommend this to anyone wanting to try something different.
I came here to make a large heart that sits on a stand and I ended up with a small heart that was too small to sit on the stand. It literally looked like a paper weight. I tried to tell the person helping me make the glass art that I wanted it bigger and apparently she ignored me. Then they tried to charge me the price listed for the large heart shape instead of the paper weight price. I confronted the person taking my payment about this and they only removed $10 from my bill which still ended up costing more than the paperweight price. I was also informed while they were taking my payment that they didn't make the size I wanted anymore. I was not informed about that before I arrived at the shop. And if that was the case why would you not charge me the paper weight size. I didn't argue - I figured they were probably desperate for the money.
I'm not from the area but I'm not coming back nor would I advise anyone else because of their dishonesty.
