My 11-year old son has had the privilege of being trained by Sean and Travis for over 2 months now. Twice a week, they effectively train my son along with a dozen other boys to be the best they can be.physically, mentally, and emotionally. Proper technique is taught and constantly reinforced. I feel so lucky that my son gets to be a part of this prestigious program because he is learning many things that he will use in high school and his whole life. Thank you Cross Fit!
