12I was on hold from 11: 30 am. Until 1: 30 pm. Jan 4th 23. One lady came on the phone and told me she was transferring me to z oerson that could help me to apply on my phone. No one I gave up it's BS
The customer service was great here and it was fast service and the workers seem to actually give a s*** about the people there good job.
I called and of course you know he got put on the whole thing but then hold said I could leave a message and they would call me back and so I did and they called back like 20 minutes later and answered my questions promptly and done
This place absolutely slaps. Food stamps food always taste better when it's not my money LoL.
The employees here are so nice and understanding. They have great customer service and greet you with a smile when you walk in. The process is smoother here than any other location I've been to.

Was told to refile online. Refiled online only to be told there's a problem and to go to the nearest office. Twice this happened. Was told the online issue was fixed. Going to try one more time.
Website is broken and doesn't let you complete forms online. This is a huge problem that needs to be fixed
Fast and efficient, I was in and out in less than an hour. Was able to get an appointment with a worker immediately, only had to wait 15 mins for it. Staff were courteous and made sure I understood everything. My case was approved for continuance and I had funds within half an hour.
They MOVED FROM 1185 22nd street to 1660 Oak street Salem Oregon! Didn't update their website! I came down here on a time crunch after speaking to someone on the phone who didn't mention they had moved!
I am so happy they put this store here its never real busy like the one on the other side of town. This store is nice and clean I didnt mind it to much at all.
