Amazing company to take your business to! I had a bad time coming back from an error a previous supplier made and they made and delivered an amazing product for me with a fantastic turn around time! 100% recommend bringing your designs and business to them!
Quality of work is good. The decal is on the front of my building and it is centered and level. They cleaned the surface well and I expect it should hold up. That being said, communication is not good. Edgar told me someone would be there in the morning and wouldn’t give me a time. I asked for an invoice multiple times in order to get a check ready for the installer. I got the invoice the morning it was to be installed, rushed to get a paper check to the building by 7 am. Through email, I was told someone would be here to install ‘soon’ at 10 AM. It was installed at 3pm. Edgar seems like a nice person. Just needs to work on scheduling and communication.
This is the third time ordering from ODS. They are amazing at what they do. Responsive and are always willing to help. Thank you guys!
