Absolutely love staying here!
The staff go above & beyond to take care of their guests.
VERY nice rooms with fireplaces & patio or balcony.
Dog friendly.
Since COVID-19 closed the dine in option for the on site restaurant they'll deliver food to your room.
Also provide you with a very nice & tasty to go breakfast.
Already booked our next stay when we checked out today

Beautiful resort! We enjoyed our stay here! The rooms were nice & provided breakfast to go! The only strange thing was that the ice maker was closed because of "covid" why would you need to close the ice machine? You should find another way to get people ice. I've stayed at about 25 hotels since this pandemic began and never been without ice.

Oregon Garden, during the holiday is a special place of beauty of light. There are small local handcraft vendors, food, lights, fires to gather around and Krampus!
A favorite of our family each year!
Well worth the time.

Friendly staff, decent rooms, good ambiance near the gardens make for four stars. The lack of a useable wifi connection, poor tv quality, and improper information on how breakfast is scheduled, for as expensive as the rooms are per night, removed the fifth star.

This is my first stay at the Oregon Garden Resort and I'm sadly disappointed. We are visiting during COVID-19, so I have definitely given the resort lots of grace but it seems as if the issues run deeper than that.

ROOM: No complaints here, room is clean and cozy. We stayed in building Q. We appreciate that the resort put up blocking fabric on the deck so that privacy is maintained with the light event.

NEIGHBORS: Horribly loud family that had kids who were screaming and running back and forth all day/night. They were constantly slamming doors. We mentioned it to the front desk but nothing was said to help the noise. I know the resort isn't directly responsible for this, but it was AWFUL.

LIGHT EVENT: The music blasts from 6: 00pm to approximately 8: 30pm and if your room backs up to the resort, it's as if the music is in your room. The lights were beautiful though! They did a good job with them, especially since they no longer go through the gardens.

FOOD: Here is where we were most disappointed. The appetizers are ridiculously small for the price. We ordered loaded potato skins one night and we received 7 overly fried potato rounds for $8! No pictures are available to see what you are getting. If the dinners weren't included in our booking package we doubt we would have eaten here. The seafood pasta had sand in it from the seafood used/not being properly cleaned. The orzo was super oily and lacked flavor
Overalll everything for dinner was just sad. Breakfast was horrendous too. The sausage burrito was cold and lacking flavor. It seemed like the staff and breakfast had a school lunch vibe, all given to you in a plastic grocery bag. I ordered a soda the first night and received 6oz of warm soda (not even a full cup) for $3. Everything is way over priced for what you get and not worth it right now.

STAFF: Everyone seemed like they didn't care one bit. No effort made to seem enthused you were there. The person who delivered our appetizers on the second night was great but everyone else was just MEH. We asked if we could borrow a wine opener since we didn't want to enjoy our wine immediately and the response was "no, it's either now or never. We don't let people use the wine openers because they think they would be complimentary and we would lose 1,000 of them over a busy weekend. "

OVERALL: I probably won't be returning until I hear some changes have been made. I was so sad the experience was lackluster, especially since it was my first time here.

The view are beautiful. The staff were friendly and responsive. They had the Christmas light display still up. They are dog friendly. This was our first visit but we are really looking forward to visiting again when covid restrictions pass.

The staff were very friendly when we first arrived, and were very helpful in giving information about the rooms, weather, events, and more. The grounds are very pretty to walk through, especially through the Christmas section. The food and drinks are very good, and the rooms are very spacious and clean!

The only problem we had was our neighbors that were very loud and smoking on their patio, which is not the designated smoking area. We called the front desk and they handled the problem very quickly!

Supper fun place really cool christmas lights but the problem is, you can't go in the garden. Like at all. Its pretty disappointing because we specifically came their to view the garden and look around in it. We even brought over some friends that have never been their before to look at the garden with us. Over all ill give it a 4 out of 5.

Stayed at this place for 2 nights, we didn't really got a chance to explore around, plus Covid, its nice and comfortable, cozzy little rooms and in a little town called Silverdale away from everything.
