New owner is a grumpy man, I went in dressed down like usual and asked about silver to feel him out. He proceeded to lose a multi million dollar gold investment portfolio manager by his own arrogant actions. I choose to do business with more compassionate professionals than what I have witnessed first hand at this location

Very rude and judgemental person made my wife very uncomfortable to where she just turned an walked out the store I had to grab her things an run to the car. Besides the rude additude she said she got one of those bad scary vibes off him.

I have not heard anything from anyone. I went and made several purchases from this business, very knowledgeable yes he has his own opinion I respect that. He is not offensive only direct these are difficult times his commodities are important its his place. G

They should take down the new flag out front. It makes the place look even more unwelcoming and uglier then It already does. UPDATE- been hearing horrible things about the owner, that he is rude to his customers and very unprofessional and Even more unprofessional with there response to this. Proves my point and very disappointing.
