There aren't many businesses around that offer their service, and you may feel stuck with this one, or in a hurry, or too upset to notice. I would say avoid them, but you probably can't. Yes they provided the stone I ordered, and installed it. Yes it took about three months, as they were backlogged. Yes they seem experienced and professional. But not warm and fuzzy, not terribly solicitous. Business oriented. Work with them when you have enough time, or let someone else do it if you are grieving. Or pre-order a stone and have it ready. I found their response time to be slow, their manner off-putting.

I just walked into this place as I was looking for a headstone for my daughter Sean greeted us with a smile on his face and was very comforting and made this hard decision more understanding he listened to what I wanted and made it happen I can't thank him enough. I was very blessed to come to these guys Sean was so helpful in my time of grief, no pressure and was understanding in what I wanted he went above and beyond to help me.
The art work is amazing and I can not say enough about them!

I know there work is great! Just need to get a death day added for my father. He passed away over two years ago. My mother didn’t realize she needed to contact them, thought was handled through mortuary or grave site officials. She (my mother) went there Oregon Granite monument and memorial company a year ago to notify them of her husband, my father of his passing. Still nothing is completed.
I called Wednesday, a nice young man finally answered the phone, he said would check into it. Still no contact to me. No answers again. I am calling from across the USA to try to take care of this matter for my mother. I’m feeling very frustrated. I still don’t know if order to complete death date on prepaid headstone has been ordered.
Please set up answering system on phone or have someone to answer calls. This is so frustrating! Two years is long enough. I will make a trip to Medford when I get there, I hope someone is there. I recently lost my husband unexpectedly and went to Oregon granite monument & memorial for his headstone. I can not express enough the amazing experience I received! Sean who works there went above and beyond to help me make my experience with buying a headstone as peaceful as possible. He is so friendly and loves what he does and puts his heart and soul into his work. Not only was the customer service great, my husbands headstone was absolutely BEAUTIFUL! He didn’t try to pressure me into buying something I couldn’t afford, he worked with me on the design and listened to what I wanted and kept me updated on the progress. They are a busy shop but never once did I feel put aside. There were no errors, no chips or cracks and again it was absolutely beautiful! He even creates design that have never been done! He asks about your loved one to get an idea of their personality so he can personalize their headstone. I will never go anywhere else. You get every cent of your moneys worth when you go to them.

Worst service ever. Took over a year to get engraving done. When we called all we got were excuses after excuses. No empathy. No apologize. Nothing but lame excuses! Thankful to never have to use them again.
