Oregon Home Care Commission reviews
4The Home care help in this state is very bad and I feel that it’s because of this commotion doesn’t care about doing their jobs. No spouse should be struggling to get help for their spouse while they are at work ever. They come up with excuses like there is a caregiver shortage and that working spouse’s are considered natural caregivers so the state can get free work out of us. Not sure if other states are just as bad, but Oregon needs to stop bragging about being the best healthcare system in the Northwest. One star is to generous for how this state has treated a former veteran such as myself. That’s all I have to say.
Nobody answers or returns calls. No representation for caregivers or clients alike. They do not care and offer no support once so ever. Do not trust them with your loved ones or your employment. One of the worst employers ever.
The phone rang the first time I called and then kept going straight to voicemail afterwards. I called at 1: 30pm on Friday. I'm told to call this number and no one answers, no voice mails are returned. I make sure to call during THEIR stated business hours on the website AND on the voice message they leave when you call. I just had a consumer employer call the police on me because I tried to establish a boundary asking she STOP using bigoted/abusive language around and towards me. How do I get help?
These people will give a platform to abusive employers To cause you harm to your reputation and ruin your life so that good people won't receive your services. They became corrupted
