Oregon Oral Surgeons - Eugene

Pretty much everyone there, the dentists, the nurses, everyone, were pretty insensitive. After my first visit, they thought I was most likely too autistic to get treatment there, and now I'm stuck without treatment, and there's no one else in Eugene that can treat me because these people are so rude and insensitive to those with mental issues.

Went to Oregon Oral Surgeons to take out 3 of my wisdom teeth, 2 happens to be impacted and it was the easiest and fastest procedure I’ve had. Dr. Tucker and all the staff was fast, attentive, and straightforward with the procedure and after care. Would highly recommend them for all your dental needs!

I am honestly shocked by the speed an performance of Dr. Brian. I wouldn't recommend anybody over Oregon Oral Surgeons. Definitely will return for oral procedures. Thank you for your quick and courteous service!

Dr Williams and the staff was fantastic with my daughter when she had her wisdom teeth out. They all explained everything very well and made sure she was comfortable from beginning to end. Highly recommend Dr Williams and his very competent and friendly staff!

If you have anxiety about seeing a dentist/oral surgeon, try to talk to Raena not Cindy. Genuinely worst receptionist I've ever had to speak to, in any context, and Ive worked plenty of customer service myself. When I misheared and tried to clarify the appointment time I got a defensive, "*No*, I said ten to eight. ". As if I was the one somehow being rude for confirming the start time? I dont know why, but it was enough to make me download the pdf of the forms I filled out, which im glad I did because come time for the appointment she tried to tell me that I mistakenly put my birthday in as 1970. I told her that was weird because No, I definitely didnt put in my birthdate decades off, but she *explained* to me No, you did, because these are the forms I submitted to the office, and I didnt have someone fill it out over the phone.
I let it go, because this didnt matter in the grand scheme of things, but I went ahead and checked the pdf I downloaded, and yep. I definitely know my own birthdate, and submitted it correctly on my forms. I guess it was just some computer error, but why did that aggressively need to be my fault?
I had a minor complication with my surgery, and I called to ask if it was something I would need to come in for. Got Cindy again, and without giving the phone to anyone else or giving me any reassurance/advice she just told me that I could see Dr Allender the next day. Uhhh, well I guess I should if youre telling me that, right?
I went in the next day and he looked me over and said I was totally fine. And I was, Ive healed great. So that was a complete waste of everyones time because Cindy didnt even bother checking with anyone? Thats what it feels like from my end of things at least. Its frustrating because miscommunication or errors in a computer system are not anyones fault in the first place. So if you are already on edge coming here, just be mentally prepared for Cindy blaming you for things you don't control/do, and being generally uncommunicative. If shes going through something, I hope the office gives her time off to relax.

Dr. Todd Tucker at Oregon Oral Surgeons is truly a specialist in his field. There was no pain, whatsoever, after my molar extraction surgery, just relief! Also, thanks Dr. Tucker's assistant and Brian Allender, DMD (anesthesiologist, I believe) Provider. I felt nothing, I remember nothing, and the extraction and recovery only took 30 minutes. Since the surgery to remove the cavity ridden molar, my energy level has returned (in a big way)! Thanks again to everyone at Oregon Oral Surgeons for promptly assessing and addressing my situation in a timely fashion. (In a just a few weeks time)!

I was so terrified to get my wisdom teeth out. During the consultation, they let me know I would be put under via IV, which eased my mind a lot because I don’t like to hear what’s happening. Dr. Tucker did the extraction for me, and he was very quick at getting the IV in my arm, and within 15 seconds I was asleep, and woke up shortly after with my teeth gone. They put me in a recliner where the anesthesia would wear off enough for me to walk, and sent me on my way! The healing was more sore than painful, mostly in my jaw from it being held open. It’s been 5 days and I’m feeling better, and am starting to eat softer solid foods instead of liquid diet!

Raene at the front desk was our 1st point of contact and Wow! She is a real keeper. I’ve been in customer service for over 30 years and this was one of the best experiences I’ve had! The doctor was also amazing, very down to earth and kind! If every company out there adopted the same way these folks treat people what a different world it would be. I had a tooth extraction and it went better than my most positive expectation. Professional and attentive staff, efficient operations, and as little discomfort as one could hope for.

There were not any problems with the procedure and there has not been any post-procedure problems either. Everything went very well and would recommend Oregon Oral Surgeons for anyones dental work.

The staff were all kind, patient, and professional, and were on the spot when I called for info after the extraction. I hope to never need their services again but if I ever do, I'll request a referral to their office with no hesitation.

Had to get a molar and a wisdom tooth extracted, ugg! The office had a professional appearance, and the staff were very pleasant. But I still wasn’t looking forward to this. I can’t remember his name but the dentist was a real nice guy very calming in his demeanor. And I had allocated two hours for the procedure. It took 15 minutes and was as painless as an extraction gets I assume. The most painful thing was getting the shots of anesthesia. I was amazed at how efficient and nice these people were. I couldn’t recommend more highly!
