This store USED to be worthy of a 5-star rating. But now (6/5/21), one star is too much! In the last 24 months this store has deteriorated to nothing and it has nothing to do with the Covid-19 (as the staff would like you to believe)! They continuously change the "open" hours so that when you arrive, they are closed (when they should technically be open). They are not keeping their British food inventory stocked despite saying that they have "made an order" or saying that something is back-ordered. Today (6/5/21) there is a Classic Car event going on downtown; the store should be open because of the amount of people walking past the store, which is "closed" even though the posted hours indicate that it should be open! I'm done supporting this local business - it's no surprise that they are going out of business (but won't tell you that). DONE

Great looseleaf Assam tea to buy here. And my half-Brit other half loves the imports - chocolate digestives, Branson pickle.fun to browse here, nice gifts.

Its ok. I wanted to love this store. I have been in there many times with enthusiasm, but somehow always leave disappointed. The latest trip there will be my last. I have purchased tea there before but easier to order online to use coupons and discounts. The jams, etc are unique to Oregon if you want to make a gift basket- which they will help you do there, but very pricey. The tea sets are nice but not nearly a big enough selection, especially compared to other tea and gift stores I have visited. The tee shirts are a nice touch but didn't have my size on two visits.
The two reasons I gave it two stars is because last time we were there the lady employee followed us around, which made it quite uncomfortable for us. The other reason is the sign that states, "You break it, you buy it". This is so bogus for stores to do to their customers. Especially since they get the write off on taxes if it breaks so essentially being paid twice. If the store is afraid of something breaking they should showcase it in a safer way, maybe? But who wants to shop in a store that sales breakable items and makes you fearful of breaking something.not me!

Grants Pass, Oregon.
This outpost is located in Historic DT Grants Pass.

It is not a typical outpost to pick up supplies or small tourist items like magnets, stamps, shot glasses, etc.

This spot sells all sorts of organic and unique foods. Local foods and international goodies like Guisness Ice Cream. They also provide funky clothing and neat t-shirts.

The shopkeeper is aiite, She was more invested in speaking with locals than wondering about us tourists from a different shore,

There are similar stores in the area that have a unique theme to be that spot that caters to locals but also to random monkeys meandering through.

I did pick up a nifty shot glass here.
Post pic later.

Love the selection of tea and English foods. Great array of tee shirts and local wines too! And you can also pick up tickets to the Rogue Theater at no extra charge!

Interesting selection of goods and a very clean and pretty little store. I love the English tea shop aesthetic. However, the ladies that run the shop seem to be prejudiced or judgemental, and I've have several experiences where I've been followed around, watched, and I think whispered about even though I never try to steal anything from anywhere and I make friendly conversation as I shop. If it's that big of an issue then it might be better to ask people to leave their bags at the counter rather than behaving like certain people are criminals. I won't be back until I'm sure that the hospitality has changed.

The food and stuff is good quality and fun especially if your looking for something new, however if your young looking and have a few people with you (me and my 2 friends went there as a welcome to the town thing) they will follow you around the store and make you feel super uncomfortable. Extremely demeaning and not helpful with someone who is on medication for anxiety.

Quality foods and gifts made in Oregon. Owner is British, so they also have a nice variety of foods and candy from the UK.
