**Scheduling Staff leaves misleading notes on my chart, that do not truly reflect phone conversations with parents.
As parents we have the right to schedule visits when it works for our family!
The extra attitude, and pushy demeanor was not necessary today. Yes I was not in front of our master calander with everyone's appointments at the moment you called. Excuse me for not spending my life standing there. Goodness. And noooo Noone hung up on you. I said "Have a Wonderful Weekend, Thanks! Bye. What else did you need?
