4Witnessed what I can only assume to be an employee or volunteer (I saw them carrying items into the back of the building) being extremely rude and hostile to a houseless person who was sleeping under the covered front area. I understand that people are not allowed to sleep on the property, however the way this person went about it was wildly inappropriate - honking several times to wake them up, yelling at them. Is this how you want to be woken up? The person who did this needs to consider how they treat those who are less fortunate than them when they are in a position of power over them.
