Oregon State Credit Union

Rude teller, I was helping a friend pay his car payment. The teller, couldn't get his name but I was gonna pay and he kinda raised his voice at me and said "What? " After i mentioned that i was going to pay with card, but said it In a very rude way. Then he asked for my ID and said is this your card? Then he took my ID and debit card to the back, not sure what he was doing. Sorry but I won't be coming back here.

I had a auto loan through this bank, and never missed a payment. When i had the money to pay it off early i had a very hard time trying to pay it, and then they withdrew a payment after it was paid off, causing my account to over draw.i had to pay a fee to both banks for a wire transfer.

We got an auto loan here. Had everything set up and at the last minute without a warning they increased the apr. An email with a heads up for the increase during the day before showing up after work would have been the right thing to do. But to wait till 430 to tell us in person was rude. This will be the last time we use them for an auto loan especially since any extra payments must be made in person. Which is weird, let us pay off our loan earlier easier.

Very frustrating to deal with. They once erroneously charged me an NSF penalty that caused a cascade of late/missed payments and associated fees. They refused to take responsibility beyond refunding the original erroneous penalty.

Rude tellers, drove 60 miles to get here because they only have a few locations, only to be told there "internet is down and they can't cash any checks, and have no idea when they can, service is terrible take your money else where!

Atm took my deposit and never showed up on my account.now I have to wait till Monday so they can check the ATM.why are the ATM for oregon state credit union always broken or shut off

I showed up a couple minutes after closing spoke to somebody in person and they refused my service, would’ve taken five minutes of their time.

I have had this credit union since 2012.
My kids have had scottie savers account 3 boys
Now they are old enough to have the teen checking
One is almost 18 so he has had it for while
I do like the fact they opened up bigger Branch much needed as prior location was hectic at Safeway.
I would love to see them open Saturdays again.
Its helpful to have at least 4 hrs open on Saturday
So far I have had amazing experience with staff

I wish they change their hours back to 10-7. Then it makes it easier for trying to make arrangements.
