There is a" Gee make an appointment first and come back then. " to even talk to anyone. DHS has quit helping people in need. There is no " grey" areas of exceptions to fit into, only rules to Keep needy folks weeded out. If you have Kids you can get more help than adults.make more money than the working poor.
