RIDE AT YOUR OWN RISK! HOPEFULLY YOU HAVE GOOD MEDICAL INSURANCE! I’ve used this taxi service once and after seeing how terrible and reckless their drivers are while driving in my own rig I will NEVER EVER use them again! I’ve seen red lights being ran and multi lane changes illegally done in quick fashion, I’ve been cut off by them and had them speeding past me. Idk what their deal is but if they have insane schedules to keep then something needs to change because there is absolutely no need to drive like complete A-holes! And it’s straight up dangerous the way they drive. If I could do a negative star review I would! I don’t know how this company stays in business. DO NOT USE THIS TAXI SERVICE!

Booked a cab to the airport for 4am online and the driver didn't show up at the scheduled time. When I called to check they said they were "overbooked" and it would be another 20 minute wait. Service with Oregon Taxi has gotten worse. Drivers used to arrive on time or even ahead of schedule, now you are lucky if someone comes on time even when scheduling in advance.

Reckless driver put pedestrians (a mother and child) in danger yesterday 3/18, close to 4: 30 pm… I was on Pioneer Pkwy and Q St pushing my TWO YEAR OLD in a stroller across the street. The walk signal was on, so WE had the right of way… we were OVER halfway across the street, when the driver of the OREGON TAXI car (male, maybe around 40, short brown hair, driving a Prius) did not stop and wait for us to continue crossing the street. He literally drove right in front of us. He was very aware that we were there, as he was staring directly at my child as he was making the turn. It was a very illegal and dangerous turn and I am absolutely furious that a taxi company would hire such ignorant people that have zero respect for pedestrians, woman, and CHILDREN. Who knows what other illegal and dangerous things this man does while driving.

I use ride source and Oregon Taxi is one of the 4 companies they have contacts with. All of the drivers have been super kind, arrived on schedule and either wait (x-rays, & pharmacy) or come back around to bring me home- I live super rurally and am recovering from a 7&1/2 hour back surgery- Oregon Taxi and Ride Source in general has been a godsend. They are awesome!

I got a ride from cab #66 tonight. The guy was friendly but did me dirty. So I live in the neighborhood of 5th & Centennial in Springfield. I walked from downtown Eugene up Franklin Blvd to just shy of Matt Knight Arena. It was 3: 00a and being a girl I thought it was safer to call a taxi rather than walk home in the dark. Well the shortest quickest route is 3.2 mi (6 mins) up Franklin Boulevard.but this guy picks me up and heads right back toward downtown Eugene. I told him to take Franklin Blvd but he ignored and kept headed in the opposite direction all the way to Coburg Rd.and onto the freeway. That route is 5.8mi (12 mins)! Cost me twice as much as it could've and should've! He has been driving cab for 5yrs and knows the area well enough to be aware that he was taking me the long way. I will never again request their service. I'D RATHER WALK IN THE DARK ALONE AT 3AM WITH A BAD ANKLE! Shame on you driver of cab 66!

Tried to pick up at the wrong time even after confirming and failed to even try and call us when no one was there for them to pick up.

Absolutely unacceptable. I wouldn’t use them if you have a plane to catch or a schedule to keep.
The day before my flight, I reserved a 3: 45am pickup. It’s 3: 50am that morning, waiting outside, and no taxi. I call and they say they will be there in 15 mins. I have a plane to catch so I call another local company and simply said “my pre-scheduled taxi is late, do you have anyone available? ” and first thing they said was “sounds like Oregon Taxi being Oregon Taxi”

Apparently they can’t actually pre-schedule pickups ahead of time on their system? Who knows. But I won’t be calling them again if I have a schedule to keep.

The driver, however, was very sweet.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I was in Oregon for 2 weeks in January. I needed a taxi to take me to the Portland Airport. My daughter booked me a ride with this company. I confirmed it twice with them, TWICE! They had the address, confirmed. They called me at 7am, the morning of my pick up - which was at 9 am, to tell me they didn't pick up at my location. They gave me a number of a local taxi. I was just lucky enough that they would get me that short notice.

The computer based internet dispatch is a little tricky to figure out. How ever it is convenient especially for those of us who don't necessarily have a functioning phone. Which allows for people to utilize the computers at the public library to contact and coordinate even with out phone service.

The last two times I tried calling I couldn't
get a human to answer. I often observe their cars on the road driving poorly.

Tried to use Oregon Taxi. Made a reservation more than 24 hours ahead of time for a 1am pickup at the airport. Driver was a no show. No call from Oregon Taxi to let us know. Luckily another cab driver offered to come back after dropping his customer. We will now leave the airport at 2am. No Uber or Lyft XL available either. UGH!

They came at the time they were supposed to and they got us to where we needed to go and decent with the fare

I was driving down 99 and one of there drivers was in the middle lane, I was in the right lane and he decided it was okay to push me off the rode and cut me off to make a right turn. I call the company and the lady acted like there was no way she could find out who the driver was. This is a dangerous company to ride with do not use them!

He got there fast at 2am. Didn't break the bank. Didn't have to install an app and register a credit card. Will use again.

I love the app. The taxi practically arrived before I ordered it. I think they've discovered how to bend time.

Called to check on a pick up time for a patient in our office, was given a 30 time frame, our patient waited outside but the taxi driver never showed up. Our elderly patient was sitting outside in the cold and rain waiting for 40 minutes. Unacceptable. We called for an update and were told it would be another 30-45 minutes before someone could come back. We all stayed late to make sure our patient got home safely but Oregon Taxi needs to do better, this could have turned into a tragedy quickly.

They left my friend stranded in the middle of nowhere in the middle of the night and refused her a ride. She is now sick from walking home in the cold. I would NEVER recommend this taxi service to anyone you care about.

They were there waiting and very welcoming. The conversation flowed and I very much enjoyed the ride. I even forgot to pay until I was out of the car and he gently reminded me by helping with my bag and bringing it up casually ~ 10/10 recommend. I like how cabs you still can still set up rides, lyft pressures you to wait until the last second, and it always gives me a bit of anxiaty.

I love oregontaxi, they always have me on the board and they send someone out to me as soon as they can
