This place is CLEAN and quiet! You can roll in after hours, pick your spot from a list they leave for Johnny-Come-Lately and slip your payment under the door
Coin operated showers and laundry on site.

Got kicked out randomly. They claimed they didn’t have to give me a reason. This would be better suited as a 55+ campground considering it’s run but older women who thrive off of drama and running down the people their little campground clique don’t like. Unprofessional, wouldn’t recommend for long term stay or for pets.

This is a really nice, attractive, clean park. Plenty of space between coaches. Grass borders, full hook ups. Would definitely stay again. Nice quiet safe area near the Columbia river. There is a park between the river and RV park. We paid $40. They only take cash or check. And we stayed in a class A 40 foot motorhome with a tow. The pull through site was just long enough for us with the tow still attached.

The park was very nicely laid out and very comfortable. We came in after hours and the office was still unlocked and our instructions were on the counter there's bathrooms inside, very nice bathrooms and washers and dryers and movies that you can rent or borrow and books. If we ever come this way again we will stay there again I highly recommend it!

Staff was very friendly and took the time to inform us of all the great sites around us.
Great location for a stay

This is a very well-maintained park with helpful and friendly staff. It’s not a resort so there are no swimming pools and the other amenities that resorts offer. It has a fairly large laundry room it is kept immaculate. Just a very short walk to the Columbia river and close to larger town such as Pasco and Kennewick Washington.

Tried to ask for a temporary space and they did everything they could without saying "no, get out"! We own a 2020 38' outback and they turned us away!

They only allow two kids? What? Kids are not pets. I guess we’re out, considering I have three.

This was a great experience. Clean, quiet, respectable. Very nice office and showers. Terrific views of the Columbia River. Owners were very nice. Dogs were welcome. This place sits above a huge park alongside the Irrigon Marina. Great for dog walks and exercise.

Wow, what a hidden gem! Off the main road, but so nice. The lady at the office is super helpful. Quiet, clean, loved it! We will be back.

The staff is very rude. Terrible customer service they came and Pounded on my camper door at 7am and started pounding on all my windows, because there was white powder residue on the asphalt from the bean bags we were using for our cornhole boards. They kicked me out because of it and wouldn’t refund my money. I payed 400$ for a monthly spot and i was only there 2 days. The lady said my money was gone already and threw 50$ at me. I’m just saying they could have went about the hole situation differently. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay there.mind you our whole crew is staying there. 3/4 of their park is our workers and they treated us like that

Check out was great. Staff very pleasant. However, the store is disorganized not keeping clothing in correct sizes groups. I went through 5 full racks of women's clothing and only found 1 clearance tag. It's sad that Goodwill encourages their stores to pull all product with the clearance colored tag off the floor during its clearance week. There prices are getting so high that they need to allow their customers to enjoy the clearance savings they advertise. Shame on the nonprofit for over indulging themselves in profit at the expense of the same people they are in business to help!
