Horrible experience. Bought a brand new Yamaha ATV from them which failed with less than 100 miles on it. The fuel pump was bad and it is a known Yamaha issue. They finally agreed to cover a new fuel pump under warranty. It too failed and they refused to do anything about it. This "new" ATV has more miles on it from being towed and coasted than being ridden. They simply DO NOT CARE and we will never use them again. They act like they are doing you a favor by answering the phone or selling you a brand new ATV. Ugh.

Our favorite place to buy a RZR and four wheeler with great customer service. Gary and Kathy are great to do business with and we will definitely be back.

My RZR broke down on vacation, Gary and Shane got my parts quickly, fixed my rig and got me going quickly. Gary went above my expectations!

Got a rear motorcycle tire here and had them mount it. Their service was fast, less than 24 hours, and they charged me a half hour labor at $52.50. The tire was a bit expensive at $346.95 (dual sport bmw) which is probably "retail", but about double what they go for online.

I highly recommend oregon trail sales and service. We are in La Grande at the annual snowmobile convention. I had a track give out. Not only did they have a replacement in stock, Gary, the general manager moved some work around and got my sled back in a day, plus he was happy to do the recal work on both of our sleds. Amazing service, great shop and awesome showroom full of great gear selection. We will be back to shop more in the future.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I was absolutely swindled by these guys. Called them the second week of October during deer season and asked if they could get my ATV in, and they said to bring it to them the next week and they'd look at in and work on diagnosing the issue within 2 weeks, before snowmobiles started coming in. I called repeatedly to check on it as I hadn't heard anything from them after a month. Each time I would call the mechanic was very rude, borderline aggressive. Several times they couldn't even locate my ATV that was in their possession. After 3 months of having it, they said they put 10 hours into it and different parts (after telling me they would ask me first to put parts in) and decided they couldn't order the part. I was able to find said part online within 5 minutes. To add, each time I called I got different stories. My invoice shows no details on amount of work put into my ATV, was charged $300, they charged me for a key because they lost mine, and they lost the front cover to it. ABSOLUTELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.
