We appreciate the professional service of Oregon Tree Care. The crew was efficient and well-coordinated. Their attention to preserving the integrity of our trees, their own personal safety, and thorough clean-up was exemplary. We received good advice on further pruning needs.

I brought these back a second time (July 2023) for some further tree care = less extensive - and again the work was professionally done and the crew was thoughtful and friendly. They tip-pruned a pine that was getting over extended as well as a Maple over the street and just a bit of thinning.

Two years ago. I was very happy with these folks. Their tree care philosophy was explained well by Damien. Good communication as the appointment was delayed by emergency windstorm priorities. They trimmed all eight trees on my property, including a large white birch and mature coral bark maple. The friendly four person crew arrived on time and the lead arborist, Jes, did a helpful detailed walk through with me and stayed in touch throughout the 2-hour tree trimming process. Jes and Tom were very knowledgeable and ready to share tree health assessments. They worked efficiently and cleaned up well. Importantly, they were as low impact as could be for the understory. I did not get multiple quotes, but was happy with the value and quality received.

Very professional and didn't go above the estimate even though they cut another tree down. Very happy with what they did. Awesome job guys.

We hired OTC to prune our giant old cedar. They were easy to communicate with, prompt and friendly. They left our yard looking better than they found it.

Highly professional work, completely resolved our tree overgrowth problem with excellent aesthetic results. Our yard looks 1000% better. Came in under budget and price was completely reasonable. Most definitely recommended.

Worked with OTC for several years and was very satisfied with their work, annual pruning of our trees - until I noticed them topping our trees (maybe it was a newbie they hired - I dunno), but I’m very disappointed that my trees have been treated this way and will be finding a new arborist. Watch them closely. 2 stars since they were once great.

This large tree removal was long overdue, as it was a VERY large conifer. The crew was fantastic, working as a tight unit on every phase of the job. They were able to get the large thing cut down in the tight space they had to work with, without doing any damage (the neighbor's house was really close by) and they stayed until it was all cleaned up. The whole process turned out to be quite the neighborhood event.many cars slowed down as they drove by and several people even brought chairs to watch the work. This was a great experience for me. I'm so happy that I decided to go with Damien and his team! Thank you Oregon Tree Care!

Weeks ago I contacted Oregon Tree Care via their website & requested an estimate for pruning three large trees at my home even tho their website information warned due to a busy schedule, a response would be delayed. I submitted the request anyway. Several weeks past and finally yesterday morning I received an email advising of a scheduled appt.for late this afternoon and to allow an hour before or after the appt.time in case their schedule changes. The notification also requested that I "Confirm" via their email. I confirmed 1/2hr after their notification.
Today, without any notice, no one showed up. What a waste of time waiting for a response after my initial request weeks ago, and then today when they didn't even show up during the time they scheduled yesterday, for today. NEVER AGAIN!

Oregon Tree Care was quick to get an estimate and very flexible and helpful on the day of service providing such thorough and knowledgeable info that I know our trees were treated with care for the habitats living in and around them. Will use for future tree care.

Oregon Tree Care is wonderful! They worked with us to determine how best to care for our tree. When we decided that removal was the best option, they gave us a prompt estimate and answered all of our questions. On the day the work was scheduled, they communicated well with us, they arrived when they said they would, and they left the site clean. I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again.
