Oregon West RV Service

We bought an RV from Oregon West and we're promised that every inch of it would be checked to ensure it was in working order and in shape. It sat there for 3 weeks and they did nothing. I wouldn't have these people work on a bicycle. The RV has many issues and it is a nightmare trying to get it taken care of.

They did right by me my black water tank fell out and they got me right in and fixed it really appreciated that

Very friendly and informative but we will be glad when we get our new electric fireplace and microwave.

Its a small local family owned business and the people who work there are super. There is an awesome inventory and they do what they can to make sure you're happy. Great place!

The lady on the phone was super rude and told me they were too busy to fix the trailer we bought from them. I would not recommend them at all.

The sales team was good but their service team has dropped the ball so many times. We bought our trailer two years ago from them, after a year our blinds in the trailer stopped working and we were having problems with the heaters in our chairs. These are all under warranty, they came out last fall to check on them, said they would order parts and give us a call. We never heard back. After the snow storm put holes in the trailer it took them till July to finely come out, after contacting them in March and being told they could come in April. After so many email, (having to take many pictures that were not what they wanted) they made a plan. When the service team was out to fix it we asked about the problems that they had seen last fall when they were here. Was told they would order parts (yet again), and give us a call. It has now been two months. I have called and haven't heard back.
If you buy a trailer from them don't use their service team use someone else.

I recently had a plumbing emergency. Oregon West service department responded with expert help within 2 hours. Very friendly and competent. I would highly recommend them!

Very good people they couldn't help me with what I was looking for but steered me in the direction to which I could resolve my problem, I greatly appreciate there help.
