Pretty disappointed. I’ve been coming to OReilly for years for all my auto parts.
Lying to get out of something and making excuses to avoid a warranty will make this my last trip.

The employees here were very helpful in helping me find all my auto parts and even helped me with an install on my car!

I was in Portland for the weekend from out of town, on the way up my drivers side windshield wiper flew off so I stopped in to get a new one, the staff was super friendly and helpful and even helped me replace it in the rain!

I was waiting for my turn to be help by cashier, and attendant took 2 other persons that cut online first. I complained but nothing happen.

They need more workers to handle the amount of customers they are getting. The agent was very helpful though.

Staff seems to be helpful and friendly enough they charged two car batteries for me real quick no issues

I'd never shop at another o'reillys nor recommend it unless your one of their private friends idk the reason they are so rude they sell you part and refuse to reset engine lights

This particular O'Reilly store cashed a personal check for me. Which is against there store policy. I only had 20 bucks cash on me I told them which I needed for a fellowship meeting later in the day so the owner hooked me up.

Orlando did an excellent job helping me pick out some windshield wipers for my Mercedes. He even helped me install them.

They would be great if they stop hiring people that barley can type let alone know what a car part is

In a bind, I stopped at this store for some antifreeze. Although, it was out of pure necessity, I’m extremely pleased that I ended up at this location. In the future, for my various auto needs, this will be the shop I return to and for no other reason than Mike. He was friendly and engaging, and I really appreciated his energy. Thanks man!

Staff tend on the clueless and rude end of the spectrum. Avoid this location and visit the one on SE MLK + Ankeny instead. Very helpful and friendly staff there, and more likely to have the parts in stock.

I went to replace my car’s dead and bad battery, they told me I have to come back the next day after mid day In order to get the service for battery replacement, how could I wait another day While the battery keep dying and I have to beg someone to start my engine. I went to other garage having the new battery from the store, replace it and have to come back with my old battery to get the discount.why all this inconvienence
