O'Reilly Auto Parts reviews
15Way better prices than Napa and the customer service people are less snobby and judgmental than Napa as well! I prefer the Hillsborough store more than Cedar Hills store.
He there, Dr Rob The Car Doctor here, and I was working on a custom Jeep that I needed a special hose to finish a repair on the vehicle. I called the team at the Hillsboro store, and they did not have the special hose in stock.
The really KOOL part is they sent a driver to go locate the special hose, and I was delivered the hose within hours of my call!
Thanks to the Team at the Hillsboro Store, I was able to deliver the Jeep to my customer quickly, and he was very happy!
Thanks again guys and gals at the HS.
DRTCD Over and out.
Sadly a single person working behind the counter. Not his fault, but saturday around 2pm. He did great keeping up with the phones and about 5 customers. Took a while to get out the door, but I'm ok with it.
Needed a simple bulb. Clerk tried to steer me to the most expensive one they had. They didn't have any option for oil for my vehicle.put the overpriced bulb back and ordered LEDs from Amazon for the same price.
There was a woman who was rude and she was working at this location. Just an advice, she needs to be respectful and be taught how to interact properly with customers.
If they don't have it they can usually get it within a day or so, sometimes same day. Not the best priced parts but better than some others!
I like this place, the people are friendly and knowledgable. They have a good stock of parts and you can tell the manager runs it well and treats his people well.
Great place to get parts at a fraction of what dealer charges! Miguel took care of me! Great guy super helpful
It's your standard O'Reilly but the folks that I've worked with have always been happy to take the extra step to make sure I'm satisfied and informed on my purchase
Fine experience. Out of stock on a part I needed. They recycle used oil. Definitely check the specials sheet before buying.
Overall good customer service. Staff member had a little confusion as who to address next. Ask me if you could help me when in fact there was somebody in front of me in line.
Exactly what you would expect from a budget auto parts chain. Part of the saving money seems to be hiring less staff than optimal, so expect to wait a bit to get your chance at the counter. The guys working were quick and polite, just not enough of them. I got the part I needed for a fair price. Knowing what you need before heading in is important as the computer system is also obviously built by the lowest bidder rather than the most capable.
A decent auto parts store, with your general various amounts of competing products, but with staff that is more of saying what the customer wants to hear, than actually knowing a whole lot about what they're talking about. I've noticed it at this store, and even worse at the Aloha store, on Tualatin Valley Highway. Management is ill-trained, and have even been known to offer people jobs, and then pull the rug out from under them when they're supposed to be hiring them, causing them further issues. On that knowledge alone, I would not recommend buying things at these stores, when you can get the same things, for cheaper prices at AutoZone, for instance a coil that I needed, was literally half the price at AutoZone, as opposed to O'Reilly. Exact same brand, exact same part number. There's other part stores, such as Napa, Knechts, Carquest, etcetera, and my advice would be to use any of the competitors, before using O'Reilly. I would only recommend using O'Reilly, as a last-ditch parts store. I used to be a loyal customer, but the place has really gone to hell in a handbasket, in recent years. Good luck!
Helpful and knowledgable staff. Patient with a novice who still likes to get their hands dirty now and then. So popular there is often a wait for help. Worth it.
I really like O'Reilly's Auto Parts stores because they are always helpful. If one employee is not knowledgeable about my car or the specific part, they will ask another. Their computer system has a very good record of all the parts and supplies I have purchased as long as I give them the phone number of my free rewards account and most of the time they remember to ask me for it. I have received a few coupons in the mail from the rewards program that gave me $5 or even $10 off of my next purchase.it is also very helpful using O'Reilly's Auto Parts for my needs because parts that have a warranty are easy to find in their computer system and they will willingly remind me it's under warranty and can replace my part at no cost when applicable.
