Outstanding customer service at this location. They are always willing to help and find solutions.
Little over board with covid-19 restriction, can't reach the counter for ropes chains and boxes to keep you away. Hard to put products on to pay or use credit card. Come on guys give it a break. But other then that same old place.
Both gentlemen working in the store were very helpful and they even installed my windshield wipers for me!
Ray is the go-to guy in store. He knows the store, and is great to talk to. Helpful with getting the right parts and is excellent at expiditing a sale, or having it ready as we walk in!
These guys are a true lifesaver! I was driving home from Wyoming to Portland when my check engine light came on just outside of Baker City. I rushed in 5 minutes before they closed and the two gentlemen who worked there both helped me diagnose the issue and get home safely. Thank you so much!

Update; After my recent experience I was contacted not once but twice by the store manager Nathan. In the first call he showed genuine concern, and sought information so that he could address the situation with the employee. He followed up a few days later to let me know the situation had been addressed and in a way that seemed fair and reasonable. We had a good talk and I feel like Nathan is a good manager and sincerely cares about his customers and wants them to have a positive experience. I am planning to go back and do business with them again. Kudos to Nathan and updating to a five star.
Giving it a 2 star instead of one, only because Cliff and Ray do their best to provide good service. Other than that, slow on special orders and today went in to get a few things and was waited on by a young fellow in camo and full beard (didn't get his name), he was extremely rude and treated me like I had no idea what I was doing. I'm a retired GM and county fleet service manager and have never been treated this rudely. I left without buying anything and won't be going back.
Had a quick pitstop in here. Excellent staff helped quickly get me squared away with the right stuff.
The crew at Oriellys is very professional and knowledgeable about their job and finding the right part the first time and even testing the part to ensure there are no flaws or defects with it to make sure that you have a positive experience at their auto parts store.
I have stopped at the one in Meridian and I think because I am an elderly female no one would help me. This has happened in two different locations. My husband uses them, but I go to Auto Zone where they will always talk to me and help me.
Engine issues with 300 miles left to get home. The gentlemen at O'Reilly read the engine error code and recommended spark plug replacement. My husband's time, some new tools, and some borrowed tools, and we're fixed and on the road again! Top notch customer service!
