Battery died on my truck, would not hold a charge. They had one in stock, and were nice enough to swap it out for me. Back on the road in less than 30 minutes.

Didn't have what I what I needed but where knowledgeable enough to point me I'm the right direction

We had bought the can to recharge our ac, and we have had issues being able to hook it up. So we went back to oreillys for help and not one of the workers would come show me or replace the can since it leaks and I still have no ac in 105 degree weather

My favorite auto parts store in town. Always a good selection, price is generally higher than like wally world though so I tend to bounce back and forth between the two

They have variety but they don't have everything in stock, I have to go online to order and wait about a week to receive it.

Edit. I was helped after hours on something else by Austin. This is the most helpful any auto parts store guys have ever been. Corporate please give everyone raises!

Everyone at the store was incredibly helpful and accommodating. I broke my radiator, and was very thankful I stopped here.

Great friendly service. But never seem to have the part needed in stock even after calling ahead

It's an OK shop. Has had the parts I need when it mattered. Have gone there a few times for auto related stuff and they didn't have it. Guess you can't have everything auto related in one place.

Was disappointed I purchased a fog light for my 13 Ford escape I didn't get no offer for help replacing it the manager just very fast explained how to replace but didn't offer to help me out with it but I saw staff helping other customers out and I went back in to store to ask about getting help and they were all busy all of a sudden helping other customers I went here before in 2016 and was helped with windshield wiper replacement but noticed that there was whole new crew here I guess helping customers doesn't happen anymore

Id give a zero if I could this store robbed me and I've spent thousands at this location. They lost my order I paid for and did not help me figure it out. Never again orielly! I can order parts to my house and not get robbed and gaslighted by staff saying the money I paid to them doesn't match the part I ordered

Usually I have great experiences with O’Reilly but the 10-quart Drain Pan I purchased today is extraordinarily bad (flow rate into tank is too slow with air valve open so it dumps oil all over the ground) and they say they can’t do anything about it. No refund, no store credit. Let’s acknowledge that’s a bad product and sub par customer service!

The staff member was polite on the phone despite my thinly veiled irritation, so O’Reilly earns a bonus star)

Great place to recycle oil so glad they have a receptacle and are part of this program also There the only company that carries wix products. Baxter is no longer carrying wix.

Very good product and customer service. Prices are very competitive and I usually always take advantage of their weekly ad deals and love it when I receive a coupon in my email for a discount. Gives me more reason to apend my money at this auto parts chain.

Good ol O'Reily's, could use some shade for the parking lot though. A few trees would be nice

Assistant manager rude.not helpful.told me he couldn't help me with a rebate on oil told me to call corporate. 5 dollars per gallon I bought 5 gallons? 25 dollars is still alot to me.nobody cares any more!

We were from out of town had car problems they came out checked the car with the meter told us what we needed 1 hour later we were going down the road thanks to everyone who works there

I've always had good service at both Bend and Redmond OReilly. They have been knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly with their customers. If even needed, returns are easy.
