We bought a vehicle from West Covina, CA driving to Washington state. Had alternator issues that forced us to stop and purchase an alternator. The staff let us use their tools and equipment as we swapped it out in the parking lot. Super nice staff and knowledgeable

Me and two other people were here an hour after they “open” at 7: 30. Door was still locked. Waited several minutes after 8: 30. Nothing.

The gentleman working behind the counter was AMAZING! He went WAY over & beyond & was totally sweet to my dog & helped us test & change the battery in my friend's car! Amazing customer service & I will definitely only come here from now on! Thank you so, so much, we totally appreciate you!

I’ve been to a lot of O’Reilly stores and this one is by far the best one. I came in with a battery issue and was met by James. He was super helpful and never made me feel incompetent (I have some car knowledge, but not enough that I had to ask questions). I then came back two more times that day and was helped by a younger guy who dropped everything to test some components and give advice. I will definitely go out of my way to visit this store over others. I’ve dealt with some rude employees at other O’Reillys.

Scott and James were both super helpful with delivering and helping with a failed alternator. I was able to change it out and get back on the road to salvage my weekend all within 1 hour! Kudus to the O’Reilly team and thank you again!

Ran in to borrow the check engine tool. Was in and out in 5 minutes with a quote fir the parts I needed. Super easy and helpful

What a great experience. All my engine lights were on and John helped me understand what to do without trying to hose me.

Very helpful and friendly staff, the dealership quoted me $400-$600 and two days in the shop to fix what we diagnosed in the parking lot and fixed in 20 minutes. Saved me hundreds of dollars, good guys.

Came in to buy some wedges and a lockout tool to get into my car after locking the keys out at the grocery store. The guys behind the counter were awesome, and even undersold me after realizing the lockout tool likely wouldn't be any help with my model of car.

Went in to get alternator and battery checked, young man was inside alone manning the store solo and did a great job managing the phone and greeting me. He allowed me to test my own alternator and battery as he couldn't go outside and leave the store unattended. Outside another employee (Joe) was in their car smoking he went back in just before I finished my test. When I went in the young man who helped me first was still on the phone so I had Joe look up the alternator. He couldn't remember anything I told him and had to repeat every detail to him multiple times. Then after he found the part which wasn't in stock, I asked if it was new or re-manufactured and was told it was new. After waiting for it to come in stock, I called back, Joe didn't remember me at all, had to repeat myself several times again, and it turned out to be re-manufactured. I wasted my time and weekend waiting on a part that's $100 more expensive than a competitor. Even a brand new one from them is $62 less than Oreilly's 2.3 star rated re-manufactured unit. With over night shipping I still saved $10 bucks. Could've had the brand new part in hand if I ordered it at the time I left Oreilly's Friday, but will now be out my vehicle till Tuesday because of his error.
Don't speak with this clown if you have to go to this location.

They are helpful finding you the part you need but if you need chemicals they will push sea foam. So if you need help finding chemicals and have Gumout or Royal Purple or CRC in your hands just know they will push Sea Foam no matter the application. I used Sea Foam following the directions and my engine died. I had to wait about 30 minutes until my engine would start again without dying and when it did start and run my check engine light was on and got a message saying to service the engine soon. So do your own research before buying chemicals and don’t listen to their brand bias. YOU are paying for the product. Get what you want!
