Had another great experience at your k falls store yesterday. Had a battery 1 month out of warranty that was no good, couldn't be charged. A a man named Mark gave me a new battery. BTW mark is the district manager. Will diffently share my great experience with others.

Ive been calling this place first for about 15 years. I used to really like the service Hector provided. Something happened and he stopped being as helpful but lately its gotten worse and worse. I just called and they picked it up and hung up. Ill call them last from now on.

I can't believe the attitude of Robert the asst.manager. They sold me a starter that worked great.for four days, anyway I called the store on Sunday, and told them what happened and the person I spoke to said they would have a replacement today. So I removed it, and took it back, but when I went to leave Robert said Ok, that will be $78.00, and when I explained to him it was a warranty, he said that I ordered a different type of starter on Sunday, and that was the only one he had, and indicated that I ordered the wrong one, not the person who looked up the replacement. Anyway an argument ensued, and after posturing to hit me with the starter, he threatened to call the police, and was going to "throw" me out of "HIS" store. I left, with a worthless starter, and I'm out $180.99.

This Parts Store is Great
They are Always very Helpful and Knowledgeable. Highly Recommend them as a first stop for parts and information.

Husband got screamed at by Robert the assistant manager for telling them to stop disrespecting another customer. Assistant manager started threatening to kick them both out of the store when the other customer just wanted both his numbers checked for warranty status and my husband told the employees to stop raising their voices and talking over the other patron. They were extremely unwilling to figure out the warranty issue for the other customer and wanted to belittle him in front of his daughter. He'll be taking the complaint to corporate.

Huge thank you to the guys at Klamath Falls O'Riellys. We were one day into camping, 40 minutes away when we had some fuses blow in our van which in turn meant my boyfriends bipap machine would not work for the remainder of our vacation. These guys showed us, by chance, the correct fuses, how tobtest them and possible location of the fuse box. They saved our vacation and sanity!

Oriellys is good place for your auto parts. Staff is friendly and speedy to get you what you need. Sometimes I get the wrong parts but they always make it right.

Another good option for parts and things in Klamath Falls. I got some detailing brushes at a good price, the employees were nice too.

Employees are lazy and seem like they don’t know what they are doing. Inventory dose not seem right they say the have a part go there and they don’t have it.

Called on the phone and the associates were very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient! They had my part looked up, quoted and set aside within 5 minutes!

May as well just save yourself the hassle and order it from Amazon cuz they're just going to tell you they don't have it in stock but they can order it.and charge you an additional 10 to 20% literally every time I've called to see if they have a part in stock "oh we don't have it but we can order it". I don't even bother trying to get advice there's only one person there that knows anything about cars.and their prices are outrageous.seriously take my advice look it up on Google and order it on Amazon

Wrong parts. Called 2 days ahead and then picked up brake pads for a 82 Toyota p/u and they gave me the wrong parts. Called to get the right ones delivered to the shop and they brought the wrong ones to the mechanic. Cost me $90 shop time to wait for nothing.

Nice store, friendly people, SUPER HIGH PRICES now, higher than NAPA for sure or anyplace else. Fluids and battery prices are way, way outta sight compared to everyone else, anywhere. Prices for WIX filters are double that of Amazon or ordering even through Home Depot.

They had what I wanted but it was a little more expensive than I wanted but that's the usual these days.
