I recently purchased some auto parts from O'Reilly's and was impressed with the quality of their products. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful in finding the right parts for my vehicle. Overall, I had a great experience at O'Reilly's and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of auto parts.

Would be zero stars. O'Reilly don't stand by there warrants on battery. Guy turns computer screen does a bunch of stuff. Then try to tell me I haven't bought nothing since 2015.

I've only ever just needed to drop in quick for basic items but the staff has always been polite. Typically has what I need for a fair price but I am also not looking for anything crazy or vehicle specific so can't comment on that. The fact the folks at the counter are nice and say thank you is enough to keep me coming back.

Walked into the store to get a windshield wiper for my truck. Waited in line behind a couple customers and then I get a young man name Brian to help me. Dad smack in the middle of him helping me somebody he knows walks in and he literally walked away from the register and started helping the other person and left me standing there. Joe, the store manager was directly behind him in the lobby, stocking shelves. After standing at the register for a couple minutes, waiting patiently, Joe acknowledges me and asked me if he can help me. After unsuccessfully being able to get a windshield wiper, I mentioned it to Joe that was terrible customer service for him to walk off in the middle of helping me, and Joe completely ignored what I said, and went back talking about windshield wipers. I again pointed out that the kid walked away from me in the middle of our transaction to help somebody else and I thought that was unacceptable Customer service, and again Joe had zero concern.just in case somebody from corporate actually read this review and Joe and Brian want to dispute what happened this happened at approximately 1620 PM on 3/24/23 and you can go watch the store surveillance footage and watch him walk off in the middle of helping me.

Bought some wiper blades from today and they were nice enough to come out and put them on for me they're always helpful and pretty knowledgeable

They had trouble finding my receipt so I wasn't covered under warranty. Got what I needed anyway. Guy wasn't too helpful but he sure did his best. For that reason alone I'm giving 4 stars for the service I was given.

This store, especially, has always given of a wired vibe. Like I'm always being watched. Never very courteous, that I've seen. Everytime I visit any of their stores, I regret it and vow to not go back. Such a shame!

Rafael at OReilly Auto Parts has superb skills. He was kept to his word by matching other store pricing. He also was kind and courteous. He took the time to take out my battery in the pouring rain. Also Help me locate the air filter and made this experience worth my time and money. Bless this store and the workers!

Went in to purchase windshield wipers because mine were not doing the job. I asked the difference between a few models and was promptly given an answer. The answer was not pointing to the most expensive pair either. After purchasing the wipers I asked if he would install them and he smiled and said no problem. Great customer service and fast too. Thanks O'Reillys

I had to put one star I wish I could put a negative amount of stars cuz I would rate it a - 100. My father-in-law had bought a battery there for over $150 still under warranty less than two years old battery didn't start wasn't dirty wouldn't take a charge. They were refusing to replace it even though it was under warranty because the top of this receipt said it's a good battery yet the bottom of this receipt says it's a OKAY battery that will start in mild weather that's not too hot or too cold. Don't understand how that makes a good battery. And then the men working there refused to acknowledge this ridiculous contradiction. They didn't want to do work or help out. Never do business here. And Jesus the manager who is apparently on the phone the whole time my husband's waiting to get things straightened out never showed his face

I was there today. A tall guy with a cane came to the counter. He acted like I was an inconvenience. I was there for a low beam head light. He asked me what kind of bulb it was. I didn't know. He made no effort to help me find out. He told me I had to take it out and look at it. He was very rude! I walked out and drove to the Keizer store where Brian helped me and even installed the bulb. I will never go back to the store on Lancaster. That guy doesn't need to be working with people. He has a bad attitude!
