O'Reilly Auto Parts reviews
14I needed to buy brakes for my truck. I called up O’Reilly Auto Parts, they are very helpful here. They had the better of the prices than the other places in town. I certainly did appreciate their help. They have very knowledgeable and friendly associates working there.
They were helpful but didnt jave everything I needed at one store so I had to go across town to the other store. Tend to have the small little things needed to finish the job that other stores just never have.
I Lost my gas cap and went in to buy a new one. I asked for the cheaper one on the phone and in person and he ignored me so I ended up buying the more expensive one. He knew what he was doing I could tell.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff and there shipping speed is incredible. They have a lot of helpful service's from battery charging and auto part bench tests to OBD2 trouble code scanning along with windshield wiper installation and more all free of charge. Their membership and rewards program has needs a bit of work and they don't have an app like AutoZone unfortunately.
Friendly staff and if your parts need to be ordered they would have your stuff ready for you the next day which is very nice
They did a good job in helping with what I needed and I appreciated the veterans discount.
Great place to find what you need for your vehicles. If they don't have it, they will let you know where to find it in town.
O'Reily's is the place to go, for me and my fellow diy mechanics. Never have I ever been wrong. Parts pricing is the same everywhere. Unless you are in the know!
Very helpful and efficient. They were recommended by my mechanic over their competitor and I will be going there from now on.
I think O'Reilly store in Coos Bay/North Bend does a great job assisting their customers. I've purchased batteries, a coolant pump, alternators, fluids. Tested some batteries, alternators, even a scan tool at times. Free of charge! Quality product, helpful and friendly employees.
O'Reilly is my go to for parts they have helpful staff and are very friendly prices r reasonable:)
Staff is always friendly and helpful and they don't have the part they can usually get it by the next morning
I went to Carquest to get a negative battery cable aka a grounding cable for my Trailblazer, they didn't have it so they ordered me one. Turns out they ordered me the wrong thing. Didn't even refund the shipping costs. I went to OReilly and they had the part in stock and had good customer service in a timely manner.
Staff were very helpful in explaining the different batteries for my car. Even though they were closing they installed a new battery for me.
